1st time decent. 2nd time burned so bad, and management didn't care that their driver was lost too. burned and cold. last night experience the last straw! placed a $50ish order, put in a $7 tip. driver would NOT give me the pizzas because he wanted to bully over not getting tipped intil i gave him a cash tip. it was a glitch in system so it didnt showcon the receipt that I tipped. i have 4 kiddos under 10 that were famished! called the store and they laughed and said we will tell...read full review
Last night was the Fourth Time in the last few months that ive had to cancel an order for the same reason. i ordered online and the tracker in the app states 55-60minutes. An hour and 10 minutes went by and no food. I called and the gal that answered the phone claimed she was the manager and that the order was getting put in the over and it would be delivered “whenever the driver picked it up.” I asked for a timeframe and she said 40 minutes.
