This store manager , white woman really has mean attitude. I went in to order my sandwich, she is busy cutting the meat ask me to wait. I waited for her to finish then she turn around asked what kind of bread, cheese and meat in a hurry way. I told you I need time to think and told not to be pushy. Then she started upset and said bluntly she refused to serve me. And she said I was rude. I told her because I felt deep down she didn’t really want to serve me. At the moment I left the store and need to report this incident

Great experience at this Subway. Both servers were super friendly. Made great sandwiches for us and gave us great travel tips.

STAY AWAY! Rudest manager and employee you can ever encounter. My friends and I were in line ordering when a group of Chinese tourists came in. The man yelled at them to be quiet. Then the lady manager yelled at my friend, told her she would not serve her, threw her already half prepared sandwich in the trash and ordered her out of her store, yelling that she was trespassing. I got involved and tried to tell her she could not treat my friend that way and she yelled at me and threatened to call the police on me. She got her phone out and pretended to call the police accusing me of trespassing when I had just purchased a sandwich from her. Please stay away, these people are bullies, they are racist, and belligerent.

Owner was one of the rudest people I have met. Store advertised to be open until 8:00 and she was closing at 6:30. 6 inch sub meal cost over $17.00.

Stay away from this Subway !! My family and I had traveled all day and were stopping for the night. All we wanted was our favorite subs because we love subway.
I went in the store about 715 pm to get our subs and when I went in there were a couple people being helped at the cash register. Apparently the floor had just been mopped and was blocking the way to order. I stepped over the wet area to proceed to the order area. I was instantly harassed by the manager stating that I was (an idiot) not sure what she called me as she kinda mumbled it. I waited until she was done taking care of the other people. She then very rudely asked what I wanted? I told her what I wanted for my wife and then I was trying to tell her what else I wanted but apparently doing more then one task at a time was hard for her. I then got to ask for my daughter’s sub which was a pizza sub. She went over to where the fixings are and then stated they had no marinara sauce and then rudely stating they were out of about everything. Obviously she did not want to sell us anything. Then she abruptly came at me and forcefully pushed me out the door and threatened to call the police for trespassing. Unbelievable that someone like this is running a store. She needs to be gone.

The employees were very rude to foreign tourists who didn’t speak English fluently. They raised their voice significantly, shouted, or even refused to communicate when they encountered the foreign tourists. Horrible experience.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The person behind the counter was extremely rude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all. Their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the whole interaction. I also felt like I was being treated differently because of my race, which made the experience even more upsetting. I’ve always enjoyed Subway, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable and made me very uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the issue.
The clerk was super racist. He was very happy and polite to white customers, but very sarcastic to non-white customers. The tone of his voice was obviously different! I hope it will be better in the future.

The rudest employees ever. The employees don’t have any patience helping customers. Keep telling customers to calm down while putting order. Don’t go to this location!
I was at the Subway in Orderville, UT today and the MANAGER was extremely rude to myself and my family. My 7 year old daughter ordered a pizza sub and while the workers were making the sub we asked for the sauce to be put on it. The manager told us the have been swamped and were out of sauce. I told the manager my daughter would not eat it without the sauce and she was furious and threw the sub away. She then told the workers to throw our other sub away and told us to leave. I told her she was wrong and why was she so angry, she mumbled and walked to the back and the other workers were speechless. The poor cashier did not know what to do and felt horrible that her boss made her throw our food away in front of my two children. It was a horrible experience and this is the only food place in this area for us to eat at. We had to drive to the next city to get a meal.
