Went in to grab a small treat on a weekday, about an hour before closing, with a group of six. As the rest of us were trying to enter, an employee ripped the door out of my friend’s hand, shut it, and locked him out while keeping the rest of us inside. The staff was very rude and didn’t seem to care about basic fire safety.

I love stopping at this location! I've been here somewhat frequently over the past few months, and the food is always delicious and affordable. What you get for the price you pay is very reasonable too. The staff are always very pleasant and polite, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my food to be ready. The establishment is nice and cozy, and pretty clean as well. There's a reason I keep coming back!

No offense to the workers but these burgers taste like dog food. I couldn’t even eat them. I usually go to in n out but their lines are so long I didn’t want to wait two hours for a burger. No lines here but a waste of 14 bucks on some cheap microwaved burgers.

I was blown away by this Arctic Circle. The employees are so kind! I don’t know that I’ve ever felt this much peace in a restaurant before. A disabled man came in and chatted briefly with the employees. They were genuinely nice to him and didn’t blow him off or try to cut the conversation short. They worked quickly too without me feeling like they were rushing. It was calm. I chose to come in because of the line in the drive thru, but that line was moving fast! The tables were cleaned as soon as other patrons left. I really don’t know how they stayed on top of it all. I haven’t left a review in years that wasn’t for something in return, and was SO IMPRESSED that I had to leave one.
