Amazing restaurant, every time I go I'm always filled to the brim happy as a puppy. It's family owned so it has a genuine charm to it as well. Great date location.
Update 2025: Has remained my favorite ramen shop ever since I was introduced to it back in 2020. Thank you for the always great costumer service and kindness.
This is a great hole in the wall place and I highly recommend it. My wife and I ate under $30 And more than enough food. Little bit tight on space but it gave you the feel that you were actually overseas. Definitely my go to ramen place in utah county.

This place used to be great, now not so much. First of all asa needs to absolutely relocate they Make 10 times more business than they used to and there's no space or time to have as many people that actually come in. Second, they said to choose a seat and then later asked us to move over to accommodate more space, which if they needed that they should have told us where to sit in the first place. Third, the menus have completely changed and makes it difficult, especially when people's phones don't always work with the QR codes. The paper menus are 10 times more confusing than they used to be as well. Lastly, and almost the worst the chili paste that used to be free I was charged $0.50 for even later after I had already ordered it. She added it even though it was their mistake to not give it to me in the first place The size of which they gave me was about a pea and I like it very spicy so I would normally need like three of those. It's just so sad and shameful what it has become. It's safe to say I won't return to asa ramen until they fix their issues and return to their former glory.

Disappointed.

Great ramen, probably the best in the valley.
The restaurant is small so it can get cramped sometimes.
They have great prices and offer half portions in case you want to just snack.

I love it here. The ramen is so delicious and extremely affordable. My favorite is the shoyu ramen.
We also love to get the karaage fried chicken, but they've been out of the sauce for it twice now.
The venue is tiny and almost always packed. The staff is usually very friendly, but you can tell they are very busy cause often we need to reassert requests that get forgotten, for example asking for straws.
Parking: Parking located behind the building. I find it easier to get there by using Orem Blvd, instead of state Street

Local Asians recommend this place as "the closest thing" to a ramen experience in their countries. Everything was very delicious.
