Food was great! But service was so bad. We used to come all the time, and haven’t been back in awhile but We went around 3:30 pm today (april 6th) and they did great until we were paying. Tab was $28 and change we paid $30, yes $1 and change isn’t much but they never gave it to us. So enjoy your $1 tip. We will never come back again. That’s stealing. And I don’t appreciate it. Also the atmosphere, was so dirty. I found poop and period blood smeared on their bathroom wall. And their little holders for the soy sauce and red pepper flakes were extremely sticky, hard to get the pepper flakes out of the holder. Also workers were on their phones the whole time. No wonder we never got our change.

I love this place! Great ramen with rich flavorful broth and it’s fast! Gets really busy on the weekends so you might have to wait if you have a party of more than 2 people. I love the miso broth made spicy.

Great food. But, it is a gross place when you look around. It is Dirty, employee sitting on service counter, playing with beard and phone. Hops off serves food. Other employee on break eating with hands, finishes and goes to work no hand wash. Same towel wiping off tables and chairs wipes off serving area. Poor poor cleanliness and safe food handling. Would like to see the health dept. report. Too bad would like to come here again but don’t like the idea of someone’s butt on the counter and same towel used to wipe chairs, wipes off other areas.

My friend and I arrived around 6:50 for dinner. The place was packed, but there were two seats at the bar and two small tables available. The male server behind the bar wouldn't allow us to sit at a table because he was anticipating a dinner rush. Since the bar was packed we asked to sit at a table and he said we'd have to wait until after the theoretical rush. Kinda weird to prioritize a theoretical party over two present customers. Not a good look.

This place has been on my list for a while and I loved it! The small sitting area is nice and the workers were friendly. The food was really good! The gyoza and Chashu buns were really good, and my ramen was the perfect size. This is one of the best ramens in Provo for sure!

We got the Miso Ramen and Shoya Ramen, both were very good.Service was great, the people were very kind! Nice atmosphere as well!!Nice parking in the back.We went around noon and didn't have to wait very long to get our food!!I would definitely recommend this place to you!

Very very shady refund process. Placed an order online that said was “not processed” so I redid the order and both WERE processed. I received one order and told them I would like a refund for the other. They told me I have to call their merchant service and request the refund. Did that but they said that the business has to process the refund?? Asked if I could get a store credit they said no. Asked if I could get a refund in restaurant and they said only on wednesdays between 10 and 2….It’s 2024. This place needs to figure out smoother process for customers in the online order and refund process so it’s not such a headache.
