I think that from Argentina they only have the name. I asked if they had Bife de Chorizo ​​and they told me they only had pork chorizo ​​and blood sausage (how funny!). I explained to the manager and the server that it was one of the most popular cuts in Argentina and there was no way they understood. The entrail I ate was overcooked and I ordered it medium rare. It's not worth the average $50 per person.

This is the third time that I have eaten at Argentine barbecue. I have always found it a good attraction to eat, but the last time I went with a friend who really likes to try restaurant food... I think this was the worst experience, we started well with the apetaizer and the service of the lady who approached us to serve us was excellent but when we ordered the main course they suggested the Utha barbecue...we were looking forward to it and when it arrived it was really a visual disappointment, the skillet where they served it to us was too dirty It seems that it is not washed as it should be... but that was about to start since when we started eating the meat it was too hard and dry... we did not take it too much importance since we are not usually conflictive customers but we continued eating trying to rescue something good from it … we arrived at the chicken… a raw red chicken that I asked to change or cook a little more and I had a chicken that had been there for several hours, dry and old… really the dish was so disappointing that we left 80% of the food without saying anything, we just ordered the bill and… surprise $93 dollars for something so ugly, tasteless and with poor hygiene in its skillet… we were very disappointed and hungry, we did not believe that something like the Argentine barbecue would be so disappointing… it is worth mentioning that when we asked for the bill, no one came up to us to ask if there was any problem because we had left the dish almost completely, even the manager just gave us the bill and that was it... one thing we are sure of is that we would not return or recommend this restaurant.
