This Aubergine is amazing!! Me and my family know that we can go here and feel better because of it. The flavors stay consistent and their portions as well. I have tried a few locations but this one is the best one by far. I recommend this place for sure.

Not this location. I enjoy Aubergine Kitchen and have come to expect fresh food and friendly service. This location in Orem missed in both points. No tea and no coffee available either.

I purchased the Salmon Mango bowl. About $17 before tax or tip. Food was good but the salmon filet was tiny; about half the size of a dollar bill. I ate it in two bites. I can see the appeal if you're vegetarian. But I would avoid this place if you're a meat eater.

Sad that aubergine keeps taking away from personal touch and fresh food/ drink experience!
I appreciate the healthy options and in general the food is good there. There is no service, so there no reason to tip, loud music playing so you can't carry on a conversation, and for the second time I have been there in a month, the place is dirty. I have been there way off peak traffic time, so no excuse for filth on tables, the floor, etc.
Went back. The place was much cleaner and there was no loud music. Unfortunately, the food was less than stellar. I had the tri-tip steak bowl and half of the meat so tough and full of grissel that it was unchewable. My wife had the salmon plate, and the salmon was overcooked. I tried some, and it was chewy and dry. It seems more work on your processes is needed.
They have updated the interior. Very nice. Music is still too loud. They eliminating the fountain drinks in favor of canned. No thanks. We had the vitality bowls. Very good. Could use an extra sauce.

My wife loved her salad. I unfortunately never got to try anything because they forgot my food. When I brought it up I was told I was only charged for one salad at $35!? Unacceptable. Moral of the story is forget your predeliction towards the environment - ask for receipts. Panda Express and McDonald's can at least get your order right.

I absolutely love Aubergine. The food tastes like real food. It's a happy place for me. Flavors are vibrant and the presentation lovely. It's one of my favorite lunch places.

I absolutely love this place. Every single thing I've ever tried there has been delicious, and the cheese bread is the best in the valley. They also have so many gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan options, so it's also great for anyone with allergies or food restrictions!
