We waited for 20 minutes for our to-go order...when we got home we realized that only 1/2 of the order was in the bag. The food is very good, but the service was substandard.

Forever my favorite restaurant. There’s no other place I can go out to eat and feel so good after. Healthy and incredible food. My kids love it too!

Love Aubergine Kitchen, BUT their customer service is consistently TERRIBLE. It doesn’t even matter which restaurant we go to, the employees are consistently unaccommodating. We were at the Orem store yesterday and the cashier, without explanation refused to serve the lunch menu because we were 5 minutes early. It was a defiant “no”. I don’t mind waiting if there is a reasonable explanation, but the flat out refusal for an explanation or service was frustrating, especially when they had the food ready to go. We have also asked if we could add a few fresh strawberries to the chocolate shake totally willing to pay for them, but have been told “no” with no explanation as to why that would be difficult.
I ordered the very berry salad ? and added some extra chicken and goat cheese and boy did they ever! Most restaurants are stingy but Aubergine was PERFECT! Everything was fresh as always, cashiers courteous and friendly and the establishment beautiful and clean as always!
