I went in here Friday June 6th about an hour before they were closing to get a couple of Sundays and there were three people working. One of them who appeared to be in charge was swearing while they were kids in ordering ice cream. It seemed like they were more concerned with closing up their store and helping the people that were in the store ordering.

We came in and got a shake and a float. The soda was almost completely flat. Beth however was amazing. She was fast to find a solution and did not make me feel bad at all. Great customer service. Thank you Beth.

This location needs some serious organizing and training. Myself and 10 others waited in a line forever. It took 15 minutes for 1 girl to make 2 milkshakes. The one girl that was free kept ignoring the line. I even told her we all were in line in order and she continued to take orders from people who came in after all of us. Austin was the only one working hard! I won’t be back to this location. I think I’ll Go to Menchi’s across the street. PS why don’t we take numbers or something… poor management.

I came in with my sister. Not one employee asked us for help even when there were 4 people working. They all had their backs turned to us stocking cups, completely ignoring us even when it was obvious we were ready to order. Then when one employee finally decided to help us, they were muttering things under their breath and giving us a lot of attitude just for asking for a spoon. Yes the building was pretty clean but snooty kids shouldn’t and can’t run a business. Absolutely awful service.

madi is the best worker!! we came in and immediately she was making us laugh and we felt comfortable. she suggested great flavors and gave many samples. definitely coming back for not only the ice cream, but the vibes.
