Came in Sunday morning, it wasn't too busy. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink. Drink was done within 2 minutes and was good. After 20 minutes checked in to see they hadn't even started the sandwiches. 40 minutes until we actually received them after having to go up and ask about them twice. The staff was super nice but it turned a quick nice Sunday morning stop into wasting all the time I had before I had to get on with my plans for the day. Came to this location once before this which was good but really this time was frustrating enough to not come back.

Love the baristas here so much!

Waited inside at the counter for 15 minutes while the girl decided to chitchat with customer going through the drive-through. She finally looked at me and said she’d be with me in a minute. Five more minutes went by so I left. She seemed more interested in social hour than helping the customers inside. No idea what the coffee was like because I couldn’t get one.
Edited to add I went down the street to JJ‘s coffee and the service was wonderful and the coffee was delicious. I suggest you just go there don’t bother with beans and brews

This place slaps I came here with my gf; the vibe was immaculate and the baristas Jensen and Emberly (or Emerson??) were SO LOVELY. I've never had matcha before, and they had so many stunning recommendations and were SO SWEET. They were so accommodating and easy to talk to.

I ordered a frappe, but apparently the person who prepared it did not know how to make it, they prepared it for me a second time and gave me exactly the same thing, which was not the frappe I normally get. I was so disappointed with what I got.

I come to this location 2-3 times a week, the employees are always so kind and the drinks are always so good, but whenever I come during the busier hours it’s always shocking to see only 2-3 employees that are stressed trying to handle the huge rush. it always makes the wait time much longer, as someone who worked at a coffee shop I can’t even imagine doing it with only 2 other co workers. I feel like if wait times were shorter during busy hours more people would be comfortable coming in with busy schedules

I come here regularly for my large iced americano, "just black," and they have my 100% loyalty. they have the friendliest baristas that make the mornings easier to deal with! thank you for always being the best coffee shop around!!
