I ordered a croissant, and instead of getting a plain croissant I received a croissant that was part of a sandwich that had the toppings pulled off of it. It was soggy and smelled like ham.

I used to go 5 days a week until I realized the mochas and how they were made were almost 450 calories it's an awesome place and I like the service I just can't figure out why it's so high caloric. I also realized they're not using chocolate in a mocha which is usually a few squirts of chocolate espresso and milk.

I have been coming here every week for over a year. I tend to meet work contacts here for meetings and I cover the costs of their drinks. I bring this up because I spend hundreds of dollars here and I am considering taking my business elsewhere due to lack of professionalism of some of the baristas.

There are two new girls that have been working the last two months who are extremely loud and oblivious to how they impact customers. They have messed up drinks semi regularly, and initially I thought it was because they are new, but I genuinely think they just don't care about their quality of work or don't understand the concept of professionalism.

Sad to have to find a new coffee shop because I've been a long time patron of beans and brews

First time at this Beans & Brews and it wasn’t anything to write home about. The location was great, it was clean, and the seating was nice. However, my drink wasn’t what I was hoping for. It was very syrup heavy and seemed incredibly watery, even with light ice. They were also playing Christmas music in August and it just wasn’t the experience I was looking for.

Last visit the milk in my coffee was spoiled. After asking for my drink to be remade I waited around forever even though I was the only one in the store. A while passed and I asked if my drink was almost done and they totally forgot I was waiting for a new drink. I really want to love this location. It’s just a bit of a mess and needs a little more oversight.

A few times I’ve been here and had to stand around at the counter and wait for someone to notice me. One time one of the employees was on their phone and I had to awkwardly get their attention to get my pick up order that I could see sitting on the counter. Again I want this to be my new go to coffee place but so many awkward interactions is making it too uncomfortable to continue going back!
