Every time I go into Blaze Pizza, the store is always spotless, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell there's a strong sense of pride in the way the staff treats customers. The manager, Katie, really stands out—she works hard and genuinely cares about both her team and the people who walk through the door. I've been to other Blaze locations in the area, but none of them match the level of service and atmosphere at the Orem Blaze Pizza. This is by far my favorite spot!

The food is great but this location is unbelievably slow. I just waited 25 minutes to have the topping put on my pizza with like 7 people in front of me in line. No sense of urgency from the staff whatsoever. This is a repeated experience. Noticed online orders are usually more timely so I did an online order this time and it’s missing 3 of the meats and the bbq sauce drizzle asked for (after being 13 minutes late)

I am sadly disappointed in the service I received today Saturday, September 6 I ordered a pizza at 9 and was given a bad attitude and I understand if one is having a bad day but that does not mean I should be treated bad. I got my sauce thrown on my pizza and my cheese also thrown I also was Rudely spoken by the person who cooks the pizza And denied from having a little more pesto because others are having a bad day I’m sorry for your bad day just please don’t be rude to me

We just bought two pizzas and the service from all the workers was horrible. They got angry because we wanted to order pesto and they didn't want to put more pesto on us. The person who bakes the pizzas threw the pizza away and told us that everyone had a bad day, but it's not our fault. We just want good service. Because we paid to eat, they served us very rudely at the Orem Blaze Pizza.

I really don't mind the food at all, it's just insane how criminally understaffed this place is they need at LEAST 2 or three more people on at all times to get the line running smoothly or else on a Friday night you WILL be waiting in line for an hour.

Every time I come here this place is first rate! My pizza is called the kitchen sink because I put everything on it! The service here is always terrific and the people are so friendly. Best pizza in town! Big shout out goes to Kat at the Orem location!

Absolute terrible experience!! Talk about an unprofessional place, this is it!! Jonah shouldn’t be working in customer service at all. We had an experiment where he screamed and belittled someone in line. Unbelievable! When the owner reads this, he or she should go to their store and fire him. I will never go here again and will recommend all my friends and family do the same.

This review is directed at management. One of my employees came in to place an order and was treated completely unacceptably by your staff member, Jonah. He cut her off mid-order, raised his voice, and embarrassed her in front of multiple customers to the point that she left in tears.

In addition, the pizzas coming out of the kitchen were burned, and several orders were mixed up while she was there. This reflects very poorly on your restaurant and on the standards you set for customer service.

I want you to understand how serious this is: no paying customer should ever be yelled at or humiliated in your establishment. This experience not only lost you our business, but I will also be warning others to avoid this location until changes are made.

The responsibility is on management to address this behavior immediately.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My employee went in to place an order and was treated horribly by a staff member named Jonah. He cut her off mid-order, yelled at her, and embarrassed her in front of multiple customers — to the point she left in tears. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, pizzas were coming out burned and several orders were messed up while she was there. In my opinion, this was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful displays I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. No customer should ever be treated this way.

Shame on management for allowing this kind of behavior to represent their business. Until they take accountability, I would strongly recommend taking your money somewhere else.
