We used to love going to blaze but now they made a change where you don't get to go down the line and tell them what you want. The line lasts a really long time and you have to decide everything right away and can't see how they make it. I wish they never made the change and im not sure how it made things better. It seems to take longer now.

Was good until they moved payment at time of order. Fire the manager that decided that would be a good idea Fast fire! Blaze pizza has turned to slow pizza . Long lines and employees standing

I’ve always enjoyed Blaze , but unfortunately there’s a new system in the Orem location that was started yesterday that’s extremely slow. The line took the longest I’ve ever experienced, around 45 minutes waiting in line to get a pizza. They no longer build the pizza with the customer like they did before. This is particularly problematic if you have allergies. Also no asking for extra of a particular ingredient. So I don’t feel like Blaze has the customer service that used to make for a great experience and food. Hopefully this new system isn’t at other locations.

As far as fast pizza places, Blaze is one of my favorites. Typically there's no more than about five minute in line to get to the counter and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get through placing your order to getting your food. It's a thin crust, fire oven pizzeria and there are lots of topping options. You can either select from their menu or build your own. Service is good and there is seating inside and outside, or you can take out.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies.

Delicious pizza at what seems like one of the very few places you can still get a meal for $10. Very quick and friendly staff.

The line was massive but we were in and out on 20 minutes. Good custom pizza, friendly and mega-fast service. GF crust was better than many I've tried.

Pizza was wonderful. Keto crust was very tasty. The service was friendly and good. The ambiance was nothing to write home about. But very acceptable. Nice place! Would definitely revisit this pizza shop.

Great place, never had a bad pizza. You can make it healthy and amazing. I’ve been to Old Forge, New York, Chicago, New Hampshire. And all the so called “best pizzas” in the world. No where compares to this place 100/100

I honestly cannot think of a bad thing to say about my experience at Blaze: the prices were a bit higher than expected for the size, but perception can be deceptive! While the pizzas are smaller, they are quite filling and we were left with leftovers that made our purchase essentially two meals. The pizzas were also delicious and highly customizable, not to mention very exciting to watch being cooked in an open fire oven! The service was quick, friendly, and well organized.Expect to spend a comparable amount to actually ordering out pizza if this is your plan for a date night (~$35 for two pizzas, a drink, and cheesy bread), but you can also fully expect to enjoy it!I was also highly impressed with the fact that take-out boxes were out and available to grab at leisure and with their more environmentally friendly cups: no straws, just a lid with a spout.I’d gladly come back to Blaze again and recommend it to anyone looking for great pizza on the quick. Just be aware of the prices before you go in!
