Boba Beehive inside the Asian market

I had a horrible experience at this boba shop. When my family and I went to order drinks, the guy behind the counter was really rude. As we approached to order, he looked at us, shook his head, and sighed loudly. We went in at 6:50 PM, and I thought he might be upset because they were about to close, but Google said they close at 9 PM. He made our drinks as if he was in a rush, even though there was no one else in line. When he finished, he slammed the drinks on the counter so hard that it seemed like he squished the popping boba. None of the drinks came out right. It was such a terrible experience, and there was no reason for his attitude since there were no other customers. I've worked making boba before, and it's not hard, but his attitude was just awful. I’m never coming to this place again!!!

Don't take caramel milk tea with boba away! It's not the same as brown sugar.

Their bobas are not good. Seems like they use cheap ingredients yet charge almost $7 per drink. Tea Mate in Orem is the best boba I have ever tried.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from your cashiers. （02/01/2024 around 2:20pm） During my visit, I encountered rudeness that significantly tarnished my experience. I believe that customers deserve respectful and courteous service, and unfortunately, this was not the case.I hope you address this matter promptly to ensure a more positive atmosphere for customers in the future.That guy very rude!!!

Too expensive!

The boba is delicious and the paninis are awesome too. Highly recommend the Winter-melon milk with boba, it's the best!

I was looking for a boba place near work and I decided to give it a try. AMAZING! The boba is delicious and the service was great and fast and served with a smile. I’m excited to recommend this place to all of my coworkers!!

Good boba and drink, though the inside of the store/marketplace isn’t stellar.

I’ve been going to this place for a long time and have generally had a great experience and the drinks are almost always perfect, kind of depends on who’s making them. Today I went in at 11:15 (opens at 11) and the lights were off and the closed sign was up. The employee must have arrived as I was walking up because when she saw me she flipped the lights on. I asked if they were open and available to make a drink, she said yes but added that she hasn’t made any classic boba pearls yet. I wasn’t interested in anything but the classic boba so we left. I’m sure it’s not easy to find reliable employees in todays job market. Management should be made aware that employees aren’t showing up to open the shop on time and aren’t preparing ingredients to be ready by opening. I’ll try again another time, but this experience was disappointing.
