We absolutely love this place for boba — it’s our go-to spot and the drinks are always great! But we’ve had a pretty consistent issue that’s hard to ignore. Almost every time we come in (probably 6 times now), we’re told they’re out of boba. Tonight we asked why, and the employee said we “always come in too late.” The thing is, it was only 7:00 PM — they don’t close for another two hours. We typically come well before closing, so it’s confusing and a little frustrating that they run out so early and so often. We really want to keep coming here, but it’s disappointing not being able to get what we came for more than half the time.

We stopped in again tonight, with 2 hours left until closing, and once again they were out of boba. This is getting ridiculous — it’s become such a common issue that we’ve stopped coming as often. For a BOBA store, running out of the main ingredient this frequently is disappointing and has cost them a lot of our business.

Boba Luv in Orem is my favorite boba place that’s conveniently close to me. They offer a wide variety of boba options, and the service is always top-notch. The atmosphere is nice and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a drink.
My favorite is a custom drink with chocolate and banana, and the boba is always a perfect addition. I also really enjoy the Cucumber Fresher. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for boba lovers!

The drinks taste good, I’ve tried a few but I love the cookies and crème
I went with my kids today and they both ordered the sunset not realizing that it didn’t have boba in it. Both my kids kindly asked if they could get a new drink(which I would be willing to pay for) but Marin who helped us was so so sweet and totally understood and helped the kids find exactly what they wanted. For sure making this place a regular go to spot this summer and loved the drinks and atmosphere. 10/10 customer service!

Unfortunate service, the lady took about 8 minutes to even acknowledge us at the register while she unpacked milk boxes and we stood there. We had quite the line built up and by the time she took our order, she actually took everyone’s order in a row and finally made ours after it all. Took around 20-25 minutes for two bobas.The actual boba was pretty good! A few were undercooked and pretty hard, they had to be spit out. But otherwise flavor was good! Based on some of the responses I see from the owner, I think we can conclude that reflects on the employees attitudes at the shop. Seemed like an unpleasant job.

I love that you can change the sweetness level of your milk tea! It was abt $22 for 3 milk teas with tapioca pearls :) I got the classic one and it was SO good

Employees can be a little blunt sometimes but it doesnt take away My love for this place. The games are such a good idea and makes it a very fun place to be. I for sure recommend the Dirty tiger drink and the takoyaki! So good.
