Place is in the mall, seating area is small however it's very clean and great lighting. Staff is very kind and friendly and even when we ran into a small issue the way that the staff treated and talked to each other was awesome.

Food was delicious! I went with a medium bacon crunch burger and kids did palace classic and bbq smokehouse. All were perfect. Anytime my kids are quiet and eating is a big sign that the food is good.

Pistachio shake was legit! And fries are butter in my mouth, salty is inside the fries, not just on top. Greatly done!

It’s small, clean, great burgers and friendly employees. I got the Greektown burger which was very tasty. It’s connected to the mall so while your shopping take a quick break for a great burger.

Fast, friendly and food was delicious! Will be returning for sure! The shakes were so good! Burgers were thick and cooked medium perfectly. Soft bun and good meat to condiment ratio. You get a lot for your money.

It's a decent burger place. The menu offerings are somewhat limited, but everything we had was prepared well. The onion rings are great (coating has a season-all salt flavor that is very nice), though the portion size on those is small (like 6 rings). Sweet potato fries were great. All of our burgers were ordered medium and they all came out the exact right amount of pink in the middle. The shakes were the best part of the meal, however. Don't pass those up! Very attentive and helpful staff.

First time dining here, I ordered the BBQ smokehouse burger and it was the best burger I've had in a LONG time. I will DEFINITELY be back. And will 1000% will recommend. I absolutely walked out withe the best burger ever feeling. 😋

Definitely walked out super stuffed. Tried the limited edition Greek burger (10/10) and the blueberry cheesecake shake (10/10). Fries are good, sauce is ok, not for me. Overall a little overpriced but would come back to try the rest of the menu. The packaging is actually really nice (which is maybe why the food is overpriced) and the atmosphere of the small restaurant is great. Food came out fast.

No question, this hamburger was excellent. I got the Bacon crunch burger. I ordered 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. The quality makes it easily worth $18... but, I had to pay $32. That seems excessive for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. So delicious, but you'll pay for it. I am not super interested in paying high prices for fast food, even if it tastes this good.
