First time ever eating at Bobby’s and they got everything right except I asked for my Burger well and I believe it came out medium. Despite not being cooked to my usual liking, it was absolutely fantastic and by the time I was finished I wasn’t mad at all about it being cooked medium. Staff was awesome, fries were awesome, and the Bobby sauce was excellent. Was very very happy with this meal and would recommend it to anyone. Will definitely return.

Worst food experience ever. Wanted to love this place. I ordered the chicken sandwich. It was 95% fried breading and 5% chicken. AND there was a beard hair in the box. So no chicken at all.

Pistachio shake is vanilla ice cream with pistachios on top. Nothing special.

My mom ordered the original burger. It came out raw the first time. Good thing she cut it in half before taking a bite. She had them redo it. 2nd time, still raw. She told them again. They tried making it a 3rd time, still raw. AND a beard hair in the box it came in. With the manager standing there as she opened it so he could see. He even said it looked like a beard hair. They said they couldn’t control the temp of the grill. So then cook it longer so it’s not raw? Paid $50 for 2 people. Will never be back. Thankfully they issued a full refund. You’re going to kill someone with raw beef.

Huge Bobby Flay fan, little disappointed with the franchise. We ordered our burgers well-done, they came out pink. They forgot our fries on two different orders, and trying to get them was more confusing than it needed to be, even with receipts. The milkshake was fine, but I expected better for $8. The service was good, not great.

Burgers are top notch. Better be hungry. Large portions. First time eating here. Was not disappointed. Will def be back. Only complaint is the size of the restaurant is quite small. They make it work but everyone is pretty packed in there.
