Speaking to the most recent negative review on the açaà base - this place has real açaÃ. Not an American smoothie blend with a tiny bit of açaà in it, this is actual Brazilian açaÃ. This is the closest I have found to the açaà my family and I grew up having in Brazil. If you are looking for a more authentic taste, come here.
I recently visited this spot for the first time, drawn in by my love for acai bowls. While the prices were higher than I'm used to, I was eager to give it a try. The presentation was appealing—the fruit looked fresh and was evenly distributed.
Unfortunately, the acai base tasted off to both my husband and me, almost like it had fermented or perhaps included an different ingredient like juice in the recipe. We politely brought this to the attention of the girl at the register, hoping for some resolution. The employee seemed to take our feedback personally, responding rudely by insisting we were wrong and then staring at us in silence. After an awkward pause, I asked if a refund might be possible since it didn't taste right to us. She didn't respond at first and instead scrolled on her phone; when I followed up, her tone was sharp as she said she was checking. She then called her manager and complained about the situation right in front of us, which heightened the discomfort. We did receive a refund, but the overall experience left us feeling undervalued as customers.
I believe with better training on handling feedback and general customer service, this place could shine—it's clear there's potential in the product and setup. I'd be open to trying it again if improvements are made.

I always come to there stand here at the fierce fights and they do an amazing job. The service is quick, friendly, and easy going. The acai taste marvelous and it seems to me these people truly know what they’re doing and how to make a good product. If you’re ever in there home location please come check them out.

Flavors were ok way too much açaà verses everything else in it. Also the cups used make very difficult to eat. For almost $20 I was not impressed.
The girl who serves is extremely slow, I always have problems picking up orders at this place, the orders come out always late!
I enjoyed your Premium Acai bowl. loved all the berries and texture of it. was glad it filled me up as well.

I left home because I saw on Google Maps that I would arrive 10 minutes before closing, I arrived exactly 10 minutes before closing and the girl who served me (today) told me that they were closed and that every day they close 10 minutes earlier. Please update your opening hours so that the same thing that happened to me doesn't happen to other people!

This place had delicious Açai! I highly recommend trying the Brazilian bowl. I switched the peanuts for powdered milk because that's how I've seen it served most commonly when I've eaten Açai in Brazil and Paraguay and I like it.
I came here with high hopes because I've had true Brazilian Açai before, and I will say this place didn't disappoint! In my opinion, it's MUCH better than the Açai you'll get at Jamba Juice or Roxberry, and infinitely better than the Açai Costco used to serve.
IF your past experience with Açai has been in Brazil, you'll have two problems with this place:
1) It costs WAY more here than it does in Brazil, but that's to be expected.
2) It tastes sliiightly less fresh than I've had it in Brazil. But considering how far they've probably had to import it, it tastes amazing; almost no difference.

It's honestly so delicious! As a Brazilian, the Açaà was very authentic and yummy. I like how the build your own is the same price as a regular one, and there's quite a few of free add ons to pick from. No complaints!

Oh my goodness, this stuff is authentic acai. I've searched far and wide, eating acai everywhere I could find it. Nothing quite hit home, everything I could find didn't taste the same as it did in Brazil. But not anymore. This stuff tastes EXACTLY like it does in Brazil!! I almost started to tear up when I tasted it. I'm super happy that I found this place...but also kind of sad...because now every time I'm in Orem I'm going to have to go buy some and my wallet will not be happy lol...
This stuff is definitely the most expensive acai I've had, but I can see why. It's the real stuff. Worth it 100%.
Whenever I've had acai with my wife before, I've said "if you like this stuff, you'll love it when we go to Brazil because it's much better there." But after eating at Brazilian Berry, I told her "this is exactly what it tastes like in Brazil. When we visit Brazil, don't plan on it tasting any better than this because this is perfect." My wife almost teared up when she tasted it too because it's so good.
Here's the key: build your own acai with granola, Nutella, sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, strawberries, bananas, honey, and kiwi. It will blow your mind.
