The Lomein noodles were pretty soggy, and the sesame chicken had a really thick crust with a thick sauce not coated well. There was only one guy there on a Wednesday afternoon, so maybe thats why the food was feeling scrapped.

This is an awesome Chinese restaurant. I have been looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant in Utah valley. I lived in China for extended period of time several years ago. I crave the food I ate when I was there. This restaurant comes pretty close to it.

TLDR: food was a let down, restaurant was dirty, service was poor. Do not eat here.
We arrived at noon and there was no one at the entrance. The server was in the back and did not seat us for 10-15 minutes.
Once seated, the server did not say a word to us and the atmosphere was odd. There was no music, the restaurant was dirty, and the place appeared to be under construction. As we sat, I couldn't help but notice more and more trash such as loose wires, crumbs on the floor, dead bugs, and poor decor.
The food came fairly quick, but the rice had raw peas (likely from a frozen bag), they were kind enough to cook it further, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was microwaved. The beef and broccoli was fine, the beef was tender, but the broccoli was a little mushy. The pot stickers and golden buns were clearly frozen.
I would not advise anyone from eating here. Go up the street and eat at Panda or the Great China Restaurant instead. The cost is not worth the weird experience.

We ordered duck and broccoli shrimp. Both were wonderful! I will come back again and try out the hotpot menu.

Our server Jenny was super nice and helpful since we had never had hotpot before. She made us laugh a lot and we had a great time. The chef (?) guy with a ponytail and beanie was also super nice. The food was super good and Jenny gave a lot of good suggestions :) 10/10 highly recommend
