Buffalo Wild Wings

I tried to order a small order of wings 45 minutes before they closed. It wouldn’t let me online so i decided to show up to the store and a worker basically told me i was screwed. Why would you close down your system 45 mins before closing? especially on a saturday night. Very disappointing

Don’t bother trying to eat here today if you walk in nobody even bothers to seat you. Place is a mess and once again Buffalo Wild Wings finds a way to hire incompetent General managers once great franchise turned into a complete joke

Went to this location for my son’s birthday. They served all of our plates at different times, so my son finished his meal before my daughter and I even got food. I ordered a side of tots (which some were still cold in the center) with my wings, which again came out well before my wings, and were eaten while I waited. Talked to the manager and they gave me some BS excuse about not letting food die in the window. I worked a s a cook for 7 years, so I know how to time a table so all the food goes out at the same time. When I finally did get my wings, they were tough and barely still warm. I guess they died in the window anyway. Sauces were way too salty also. I had them take that off the bill.
Never had such bad service, especially after bringing it up to the manager and letting him know if was my son’s birthday. No way I would ever go here again.

The staff is friends and helpful but I've been to this location a couple times it always takes 30-45 minutes for your food to come out. The wings are ok, they only coat one half of the wings in sauce

This place is way understaffed. The servers are unkind and it took us hours to get our food and be seated. They could care less about putting the BYU game on

Horrible service they bring the food out in pieces all like 20 min apart so your not all eating together at all or your eating all your fries then 30 min later they brought the wings out no one ate together the waiter was not good when I asked about the appetizer and how long the waiter said I don't know I asked if she could check she said no they're bringing our cheese fries out just the fries one at a time to each of my family with like 10 minutes in between so what was the point of ordering $4 fries we want to eat it with our meal we were hardly checked on when I asked about the fries situation they said it was two different kitchens and I understand that but then those two kitchens need to get on the same page there is no reason to cook everyone's fries 30 minutes before their meal is done asked for a manager never got one if I could give this negative Stars I would

I went to pick up an online order today at 12:30pm. The food was ready on time, but when I got back to work to eat the food, two of the ordered “BOGOS” were incorrect. I work 2 minutes away from the building, and the food was cold in every box, aside from the Mac and cheese, when I sat down to eat. Two of the flavors were wrong, one 6 count was seasoned with a dry rub, rather than the sauce, which is was supposed to be seasoned with, and I was missing the teriyaki sauce 6 count. I have had issues with this location before with missing items, cold food, long service, and have been hoping they will learn and grow from their mistakes, which they have yet to do. Very disappointing.

As I sit here wondering why this location has such low reviews, I now know why. I have sat here for over 25 minutes in the takeout section and not a soul has approached me to see if I need something. Several waitresses and other workers have made that awkward eye contact of hey I see you but don’t give a shit enough to help you. In fact a waitress is standing next to me right now is completely ignoring me new customers walk in and they help them instantly what a place. It all makes sense now.

If you are okay with indifferent servers and hosts, baffling choices of sports on the tv, a super strange layout, then this is the place for you. As we came in, the host was nowhere to be found. When he finally made an appearance, he barely spoke loud enough for anyone to hear him and was more focused on one if the blonde waitresses. Our waitress took our order and then did not speak to us until the end of the night when we had to ask for a check. The appetizer came out at the same time as half of our food, and my wife's food came out after the rest of us had finished eating. The food was good, but I can get chicken wings and a burger basically anywhere that is as good or better. The sport selection on the TV was a couple reruns of old NFL games, monster trucks and a couple 87 lb girls kicking each other's heads in. This is in the heart of college football and MLB playoffs! This place sucks and I hope that God brings down his wrath on this abomination and puts in a decent sports bar.
