Buffalo Wild Wings

We had a big group 20 plus people. Cailin was our waitress and she was amazing. Best customer service and patience for us all. Everything came out in a timely manner and fresh! We appreciate the great experience we had tonight. We definitely will be back again and hopefully get Cailin again!

Cailin was absolutely amazing. We had a huge party come in and she made sure that everyone was taken in a timely matter! Even made sure we were all set with to go drinks. For a party of 15+ she handled it so well!! Such a sweetheart.

We had to wait a little longer than usual but it wasn’t a big deal (our waiter told us they had a big catering order just before) but when we finally got our food, ALL of the fries were way dehydrated and not edible, it seemed like they were under a hot lamp for hours. When I let the waiter know that the fries weren’t good, he didn’t seem surprised. The fries visibly looked dried out from the beginning. It seems they just rushed to get our order out instead of giving quality food to a paying customer.

Terrible food usually love this place but this has been our 3rd time ordering from here and they never get it right this time our wings were cold and stale and the drinks were basically carbonated water no syrup in the slightest wouldn’t recommend it

Took forever. Not prepared for lunch. Slow slow slow. Wings sauce not fully mixed on wings, especially dry rup

65 years old, and they wanted to put a wrist band on me for beer. The problem with the world today is idiots

The management of this location is definitely underwhelming compared to the other ones in the state. I've been to this location twice in both times I've been extremely disappointed in the service. I had a party of three with me and we sat in the bar area which is quite nice. We were the only ones in there and it still took the bartender 30 minutes before he even came over and talked to us. We ordered Pepsi and he brought over waters... The wings were really good but when we finished and we're waiting to pay it was like we weren't even there. The manager was walking around and never made eye contact with me. I was wanting to speak with him but he was showing no interest in the guests. The drive to the one in American fork / Lehi is worth it. That one is great

I ordered carry out on a special for 20 wings. I got home and realized I had only 15. Simple mistake, and those happen. I called and spoke with the manager who offered to rectify it and he did. Food was hot and fresh, sauces are great and wing quality is better than other local wing spots. Would eat here again.

I tried to order a small order of wings 45 minutes before they closed. It wouldn’t let me online so i decided to show up to the store and a worker basically told me i was screwed. Why would you close down your system 45 mins before closing? especially on a saturday night. Very disappointing

Don’t bother trying to eat here today if you walk in nobody even bothers to seat you. Place is a mess and once again Buffalo Wild Wings finds a way to hire incompetent General managers once great franchise turned into a complete joke

Went to this location for my son’s birthday. They served all of our plates at different times, so my son finished his meal before my daughter and I even got food. I ordered a side of tots (which some were still cold in the center) with my wings, which again came out well before my wings, and were eaten while I waited. Talked to the manager and they gave me some BS excuse about not letting food die in the window. I worked a s a cook for 7 years, so I know how to time a table so all the food goes out at the same time. When I finally did get my wings, they were tough and barely still warm. I guess they died in the window anyway. Sauces were way too salty also. I had them take that off the bill.
Never had such bad service, especially after bringing it up to the manager and letting him know if was my son’s birthday. No way I would ever go here again.

The staff is friends and helpful but I've been to this location a couple times it always takes 30-45 minutes for your food to come out. The wings are ok, they only coat one half of the wings in sauce

This place is way understaffed. The servers are unkind and it took us hours to get our food and be seated. They could care less about putting the BYU game on
