Buffalo Wild Wings

Made a take out order and when I got home with it I was missing 2 side orders.

My friends and I went to this location to get wings and watch the football game. We sat in the bar and the first thing we noticed was when my boyfriend came back from using the restroom that an employee was projectile vomiting in the bathroom and walked right back into the kitchen. Disgusting. Next the bartender got sat 13 tables at once so we had to flag a manger down to take our order. We watched the bartender ask the manger on duty for help and to slow down seating and he refused to help her and had a horrible attitude infront of the whole bar. Lastly we ordered the BOGO boneless wings and we ordered 30 and only received 20. This establishment is unprofessional and not sanitary.

Life-long B dubs fan here. But after our experience at this location on Sept 21, 2025… I’m not sure I’ll ever be back in one of your restaurants. Service bad, food horrible, restaurant filthy, bathroom absolutely disgusting. And the manager was outside smoking cigarettes while his crew and restaurant were suffering. I’m writing a nice detailed letter to corporate.

I’m usually pretty considerate of a busy staff, but this was one of the worst service experience I’ve had in a long time. We were seated but not treated. They didn’t provide us a menus. When we asked they gave us one to share between 6 people. It took 45 minutes to be served. The staff and waiter were annoyed and dismissive of us anytime we asked for simple things like extra straws. Food was fine, but not with the wait or the utter absence of customer service.

Had a catered order fall through, called them and they were able to get me 300 wings in about 20 minutes.

First time coming here and I thought it would be bigger but it's a decent size but when a lot of people come it does get crowded and loud. Staff were kind. Food came out hot and we really enjoyed their boneless wings. The bacon melt wasn't the best. Overall their boneless was great and great place to visit especially if you want to watch sports

Food was great, server was awful. We sat with empty drinks for 30 minutes trying to flag him down. Waited an hour before he took our order then sat with empty drinks for another 20 minutes! He wasn’t nearly busy enough to neglect us how badly he did.

Last couple of times I’ve been here my food is never ready when they say the pick up time will be. I normally have to wait 20ish minutes after the app says it’ll be ready to get my food. Definitely could use some service improvements
