Second time ordering online. With the same attitude from the staff. Ordered 7:50 ish. Pick up scheduled at 8:40pm. Waited 5 mins for anyone to acknowledge that I was there with 3 other people. Watched the staff in the kitchen, taking selfies and txting or Instagram. When a person did come up, they did not go behind the counter. Just asked what I needed. Told them someone who can help me pick up my order. They went into the back and came out about 3 mins later to tell me and the now other 4 people waiting that it would be another 20 mins.Their response was that it was a fight night and people calling out not wanting to work. Now as a customer who placed a Take Out order is this my problem? The staff seems to think so. Sorry BDubs but your organization needs modifications.

If I could give 0 stars I would this is the worst buffalo wild wings I’ve ever been I’ve been here 2 times and it’s been the same bad experience they made me and the fam wait 2 hours for our food, they where serving other people first that got before for us and we didn’t order that much, I like buffalo wild wings but I wouldn’t recommend this location in specific. ??

This is the fourth time we’ve ordered a meal and they’ve just forgotten the large fry. They’re already not that great and $7 but forgetting them nearly every time we’ve gone is ridiculous. Like the wings just fine but it’s been a huge disappointment

Server was friendly... not much else good to say about the experience. 45 min to get seated. Food took about another 45 min to arrive, but didn't come all at once. It was probably spread out over another 15 min. The food itself was hit or miss... mostly miss. Fries and tater tots were old and/or overcooked. Wings tasted like they were old and from a frozen bag. My burger was OK, but my sons bun was stale. And it was way more expensive than it should have been.

After being seated my wife and I had ordered our food. I had gotten my food 20 minute later and about 25 minutes later my wife had gotten her food. I had set my food aside so my wife and I could eat together. My food was cold and I had asked for the manager. When the manager arrived at our table I had explained the problem and he really didn't care and was not willing to help the situation. When seated we did NOT receive any forks, knives or napkins as well. The manager need to find a Walmart that has an opening for greater position, he should NOT be in the service industry. If you want good wings with great service, go to Wing Nuts on the east side of the Orem mall. Don't go to Wild Buffalo wings

Man, I can not tell you how disappointing this has been. The employees showed no motivation to get anything done. I ordered online and came when my food was supposed to be done, it wasnt ready for more than 30 minutes after the initial pick up. Not only did it take way too long to get my food, but one of the employees even came out with an attitude to tell us to be patient and went back to the kitchen. They also got my order wrong, and they didn't give me what i wanted as far as condiments. Never has this happened before, and i am pretty disappointed at this location.

I am not sure why this place has such a low review rating, but I am here to help! This was my first time coming here & from the initial phone order talking to Lexi with great service, she even recognized my voice as soon as I came through the door and asked, "You just called, right?" while at first just coming in for take out, my lady and I decided to sit and eat would be better & they made it an easy smooth transaction. My server, Nate was mad laid back/cool and extremely attentive. He even wore a ✝️, my kinda guy! The food (lemon pepper wings & BBQ wings) both traditional and gluten free options were simply amazing and fresh! The veggies celery and carrots were good too! & you can't go wrong with a chilled bottle of Budweiser!! The atmosphere was bomb, tv's everywhere with all kinds of sports playing! It was a quick celebration before rushing out to picking up my Corvette and handling other business.Thank you team, Buffalo Wild Wings! We will be back soon...Sincerely, Sci-Fi ??? @sci_fictional

I’m here often for UFC fights. I will not be back for UFC fights. I ordered my food at 8pm, I received my food at 10:05 stone cold, the waiter took said food and I never got a replacement, no apology. I proceeded to watch the manager stand around doing nothing the entire night and watch fights, kitchen staff would also walk out and watch fights. The manager avoided my table the entire night, he would talk to every table around us but would quickly walk away from ours, very purposefully avoiding the table. But hey at least the waiter said he wouldn’t charge me for the food I never got?.

When the kid took my order not only was he extremely rude, but never mentioned that we were going to be waiting over an hour for our order. Meanwhile half the staff is standing around with their thumb up their butts.Giving this placed a 1 star review is being generous.

As a big wing fan and generally a bdubs fan, this location disappointed. No sound for the main game, a few wings had feathers, service was slow and entres were not brought out even remotely close to the same time.
