updated - i got food poisoning. will not come back.

waited more than 20 mins for 2
whoppers, chicken sandwich, and cheeseburger. employee who “greeted” us at the drive thru kiosk and window was rude and unhelpful. once we pulled back up to the drive through kiosk after being told to park up front to wait, he was so rude to us just for asking where our food was. and idk if this location just needs to hire more people or train them better.

Failed to get their orders correct in the drive thru. They asked if we wanted ketchup at the window, but we got none. We asked for marinara and got ranch with mozzarella sticks after they confirmed marinara would be part of the order. What's the point of asking if you're not gonna do it. Charged for a double whopper and got a single whooper. I suppose that's why they are closing stores in the area due to unable to comprehend the customers orders with accuracy.

Service was ok, even though I was the only person in the drive thru she asked me to pull all the way around to the front of the building to wait for my food, weird. Also the app forces you to get coffee and doesn’t give you the option to switch it out for a soda. One of the employees said that it costs extra. REALLY??

The woman that served us on July 4th 2025 around noon in the drive thru was very patient with us, very kind and friendly and got our food to us quickly. We'd come back just because of how sweet she was.
