Ordered online when I went to pickup the order it was completely cold even though it didn’t even give me a time of when it would be ready just said go to the drive thru. The Latin lady there didn’t care she said I should have gotten there sooner cuz as soon as they get the order they make it. This has never been my experience before as when I placed my order online I go to the drive thru and then have to wait to get my order as they make it fresh. The Spanish speaking lady working there on 12/11/2025 around 8pm had zero customer service skills and didn’t care that I had to take home over $25 of cold food. I just took the food and thew it away as I don’t want to get food poisoning. Never going to this location again.

2 days ago I ordered a wrap to go, when I was going to eat it, it was a sandwich,the person that took care of my order that day, it was not paying attention, then I come back yesterday and explained the situation to the manager and she fixed for me, don't remember her name, but she was nice

**Burger King Review: Disappointing Experience and Health Issues**
I rarely leave reviews, but our experience at Burger King today compels me to share our unfortunate situation. We spent $29.57 for a family meal that left us all with a negative impression and health issues. My wife ordered a Whopper, I opted for a fish sandwich, and two of our kids chose Whopper meals. Unfortunately, our excitement for a quick meal turned into a disaster.
After enjoying our food, my wife became violently ill and threw up, I experienced severe diarrhea, and my daughter suffered a headache. This was alarming and enough to make us rethink our choice. When we visited the kitchen area, I noticed an unsettling sight—an overweight individual eating while wearing gloves. This raised serious concerns about food handling and hygiene standards at this location.
Moreover, we were disappointed by the service. The staff, mainly teenagers, were inattentive and unprofessional. They failed to engage with us in a friendly manner, which only added to our frustration. It's disheartening to invest money in a meal only to receive poor service and, on top of that, to suffer health-related consequences.
Given these issues, I strongly urge the management to address these problems urgently. Not only did we have a disappointing experience, but the aftermath negatively affected our family's health. I am formally requesting a refund for our meal, as we believe it was not only unsatisfactory but potentially harmful. If you value your health and a pleasant dining experience, I suggest avoiding this location. We will certainly think twice before returning to Burger King in the future.
