What’s not to love? They have the yummiest soup around. I highly recommend the Wisconsin Cauliflower Soup, if you’re not on a diet of course. lol it’s delicious. They have other great stuff too like protein bowls, salads, sandwiches! They added chocolate covered strawberries like the ones from Dubai! Oh don’t even get me started!

Me and my sister came in and there was a large group of deaf people ordering and Isaac (pretty sure that was his name) used sign language and helped every person with so much kindness and patience. A trooper of a guy. Give that lad a raise

The food has gone downhill since Covid. I have had warm salad and cold soup and an overly salted brisket sandwich. I used to love Zupas, but won't be going anymore.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Caffe Zupas. I ordered the Mediterranean protein bowl, which cost almost $14.00. To my surprise, the bowl had barely any chicken in it. Given the price point, I expect a generous serving of protein.
What made matters worse was the lack of transparency in food preparation. When I asked to watch him prepare the salad, the staff member seemed hesitant and told me it would be ready without letting me observe. This lack of transparency raised more questions about the portioning of ingredients.
For a product at this price point, I expect better quality control and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend Caffe zupas at this location to others based on this visit. Hopefully, they'll take customer feedback seriously and improve their service.
