Employees were Great and very helpful. Service area where you are supposed to leave you trash was overflowing with trash. Napkin dispenser was empty. Salad I had was marginal. As was my companion's salad.

I would mainly just advise don’t try to get a pickup order on any weekend night. Typically their service and food is great and fast, but I’ve done pickups a couple times on weekends and it gets SO backed up. I got a text saying it was gonna be ready at 5:31 and I didn’t get the food until 5:55. I stood waiting for it the entire 25 minutes. Truly a little ridiculous. But the food always tastes good.

While the food is always delicious, and the service is great, I’m afraid I got food poisoning from this location. I’m at Zupas every so often, usually different locations, and both times I’ve gotten violently sick after eating Zupas, have been at this specific location.
Silver lining to this situation, I’m no longer at ease eating out *anywhere* for the next while after the jarring experience of puking my guts out for two days straight, and will be saving a lot of money, at least…

The food is always incredible, great environment but the staff is truly a cut above! Selena on the front line is always very engaging, professional, answers questions even when the store is busy and is quick to offer new menu items. The same goes for Erik and Juan. I love this place!

Love this place. Cafe Zupas is always clean, fast, and consistent. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is fresh every single time. You can tell they care about quality. It’s my go-to spot when I want something healthy that still tastes great. Highly recommend.
The food is pretty good I love the honey bacon club. I was a little annoyed tonight because I noticed that when my bf ordered the chicken noodle soup the guy filled it ask the way to the top but didn’t put the noodles in it. This hasn’t been the first time that they didn’t give us the noodles in soup. I mentioned it to my bf and he didn’t notice so he asked if the noodles were in there. The guy said he forgot and that he had ran out and needed to get more. He ran off to get it. My bf and I exchanged a knowing and annoyed look and then the lady who was in charge of rolls and chocolate covered strawberries gave us a dirty look. So not the greatest service tonight.

They always screw up my food. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Alvarado sandwich and they HEATED it. The avocado is nasty. The tomatoes were limp and hit and the sauce was terrible hot and entirely too much of it. And it looks smashed. Flat and very unappealing. 8.00 for this hot mess that looks like it was rescued out of the garbage. The places and employees forget that customers CHOOSE eat at their establishment, when we can go anywhere, but the care taken is non existent. Times are tough and the prices are still going up. I'll go elsewhere.

Kami assisted me with preparing my food in line and Was absolutely delightful! She is so personable and treated me like I was the most important person in line as she did the other customers. Her smile and upbeat personality made a great impression on me.
Suri Was, very busy working in the lobby and when she saw that, my friend and I wanted to sit in a particular booth that had not yet been cleaned, she rushed Over and cleaned the table and seats for us. Her job seems very demanding, but she made us feel very important!!
Unfortunately, I cannot remember the manager‘s name, but this was Thursday, December 5, 2025 at noon. He was very kind and assisted us in our purchase.
Customer service, kindness and friendliness is so important to me and these employees made my experience great today. 🙏😊

My family and I ended up at Cafe Zupa's and were delighted at the menu, even for dinner. The food was light and fresh and importantly, healthy. I had a large cauliflower soup which came with a piece of freshly made pannini bread, along with a strawberry chicken pecan salad. There were other soups that might have been thicker or more filling, but this one was very cheesy and satisfying. On my tray was a surprise 'extra' of a large, chocolate -dipped strawberry. I also enjoyed a drink of 'appke crisp cider'! I highly recommend this place for lunch or light dinner!
