I really like to be ahead of the game. Almost everywhere I go I place orders over the phone so that I don’t have to wait in line.

Zupas does not allow you to place orders over the phone then pay with cash in person. They only allow over the phone orders or online orders if you have a debit or credit card. It’s frustrating that today’s world is all moving towards debit and credit cards. I now have to drive to the store to wait in line and pay with cash which I’m OK with but it’s just a little frustrating.

Most of the other restaurants I go to allow me to place orders over the phone, then pay with cash in person.

Food safety issue!!! Caahier is touching money and food directly. Absolutely should NOT be doing this. Cashier picked up rolls and strawberries with same gloves that are handling money. The other food I felt safe enough to eat, was great... and so I would love to give a better rating. Please shore up your food safety procedures!

Food is good but the customer service has always been awful. To watch them count how many beans they put in a salad is pretty tacky. Then to watch them take ONE bean off when they have given too many seems demeaning somehow. They try to push you to the other side of the order line after you order so you don’t watch them make your salad. I wanted a substitution on my salad but they kept saying someone will help me now at the end. You are asked about 5 times what you ordered before you actually get to pay. I had a to go and the girl dropped one of the meals on the floor and just picked it up and put it back in the bag. Now, it was just the box and the meal didn’t touch the ground, but still tacky. This wasn’t a rare occasion either. It’s ALWAYS like this. They do try to be friendly, but they seem to miss the mark about what good customer service is all about. I do admit they have good food and I guess that’s why I keep going back. The service and the price keeps me from going much more often.

We came in right at closing and all the employees were so nice! Someone in front of us paid for our meal! Great service! Wish they took cash tips because they deserved it!!

Don’t expect to get your pick up order on time because x2 in a row it was never ready by the pick up time. Same excuse that the online orders weren’t working but other mobile order and Ubers were ready and continuous moving out while we’re were still waiting 30-40 after our pick up time. The employees also had major attitude about our inquiry for when the order would be ready after seeing multiple orders go out. Especially Erick, he stood at the register laughing at the interaction (extremely unprofessional) They do not prioritize mobiles at all only walk in, the walk in line kept moving easily. Not sure what the issue is here but very unprofessional.

Ordered to go. Ended up getting the wrong slimy bacon avocado sandwhich instead of the turkey avocado club. Also received a SLIVER instead of a SLICE of cheesecake. $30 for this? VERY disappointed

Normally I’m not the type of person to leave a review, but this time it was a not so great experience. They happened to be out of white bread which is fine I'm not entirely picky, however they were out of rolls. Which in my opinion is about a fourth of the try 2 combo. In terms of size it matches the area of the soup. I believe it would be fair to at least compensate. It wouldnt have to be much, a slice of wheat bread or a small discount would suffice. To me paying full price for missing items is not ethical. If they were ripping us off they were surely ripping everyone else off. Me and my husband left unsatisfied and still hungry. Thanks a lot Zupas.?

Gave us free cheesecake but ran out of free bread rolls and only had wheat bread… good service! But was disappointed they didn’t have stock or just didn’t want to heat up any more :(
