Had a shredded beef tostada salad to go. Disappointed whatever my fork grab, that was the meet I got in this salad and how expensive can lettuce be if you gonna cut on meet at least give some more lettuce š it happened the last 2 times I came and it happen the third . So wanted to give another chance but I was disappointed again I am paying for the food is not free, I felt like I was scammed š¢
If you are gluten free probably just go to Costa Vida instead. Every time I ask for a gluten free salad there is a problem. One time they even gave me the kids mini tortillas instead of the corn. I had a bad reaction and was miserable that night.
Tastado Wednesday is marvelous

Employees were so lost and complaining to each other, getting confused with customer orders. I got my burrito but didn't get my side sauce and cheese I asked for. The place was clean and organized, though.
Got a sad burrito š

So, the only reason I ever go to Cafe Rio is for the First Responder discount. I've been to a bunch of Cafe Rios in a few states and this is the only one who told me I had to be in uniform to redeem the discount. Kinda shady to let the public think you support first responders and then give them the run around when they actually come to take advantage of it, especially since I'm pretty sure this is the only location that requires this.

My wife & I go to Cafe Rio all the time and got our regular order here. My wifeās salad had something different in it this time and was super spicy. She tried to eat it but eventually I told her we should just take it back. When we went back the lady at the cashier was very rude. She first blamed it on my wife saying she probably just wasnāt used to the salad dressing. After telling her we get the same order every time and know thatās NOT what it normally tastes like she looked at it and snarked that it was already half gone and that she would give us a drink instead. I responded that we didnāt want a drink and she just walked away from us.
The food is very tasty! The environment is warm and friendly, staff is fast and helpful
Ordered a chicken quesadilla on Sunday, May 25. It couldnāt have been worse. Disgusting. The cheese wasnāt melted. The chicken was sooo dry and tasted old. My wife thought I was exaggerating then tasted it. She spit it out. It was nasty. Iāll never go back to this location.
Iāve come here probably 100 times over the years. For the past few years it has been on the downhill. The qualify and quantity of food is not what it used to be. Meat portions have to be 1/3 or what they used to be. Sometimes you get tacos that might as well to lettuce tacos with the portion of meat included. The workers seem unhappy to be there and are not super welcoming. Overall, it is not the cafe Rio I grew up on. I think this location is worse than others.
