All the employees at this location are extremely rude. I went here with my grandma who has a hard time hearing. When they had to repeat a couple things the lady helping us roller her eyes at us and the tone of her voice was not nice at all. For being in customer service you can’t be mean to the people providing a job for you. Very disappointed

I put in a mobile order and as soon as the order was confirmed I realized I chose the wrong location. I immediately called the store to cancel since there is no place to cancel online. After waiting for 5 minutes, sierra answered and told me if the order had already been started, she could only give a partial refund. She then checked and said it was already prepared and wouldn’t be able to give me a full refund. When I expressed frustration at the fact that I had to wait 5 minutes on the phone before talking to anyone when this is obviously a very timely manner, she blamed me and said that I should’ve chosen the right location in the app. I admit, yes. This was my mistake. However, if you didn’t answer the phone in a timely manner but have a policy that requires something be done in a timely manner (which I did), I can’t take full blame. Cafe rio consistently shows me their customer service is horrible. Take your business to Costa Vida! I only ordered because it was Sunday and couldn’t go to costa Vida.

We ordered chips and guac, and they put a tiny amount of guac in the cup. I could literally see the bottom of the cup. Not nearly enough for a bag of chips

This is one of the better Café Rio locations I’ve been to. Our food is usually ready on time and the staff is always helpful. The only thing they could improve is portion consistency, sometimes I get a ton of meat, other times barely any. But honestly, they’ve never forgotten a side sauce, which is practically unheard of for Café Rio!

If I could give a zero, I would! We ordered dinner for about 6 people and the staff couldn’t have more RUDE! Rolling their eyes every time each of us ordered. At one point one of the guys said “oh, you want sour cream?!” While standing in front of the sour cream, then rolled his eyes and closed the lid without putting sour cream on the burrito that it comes on!!!! “You want black beans?” UGH another massive eye roll! Then they gave said burrito to another customer. Just unbelievable incompetence to even make simple fast food! How do these people have jobs while acting this way? Every single order was the absolute end of the world for these kids who clearly have zero sense of human decency or respect, let alone customer service! UNREAL!!!!

Terrible experience. I have always raved about Cafe Rio but this ruined it for me. They charged me for an extra entree. I noticed right away and asked them to fix it. The they said they can help…. 20 minutes go by of me just standing next them as they are helping other customers. The lady finally comes over and does the refund. Come to find it they didn’t actually refund anything. To make matters worse there was a black hair in my food. Terrible establishment

I came here with my husband and baby and I have to say the food was great, the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. What I loved most about my visit though was a specific staff member. She was older and obviously busy but she stopped to coo over my baby and after we sat down she stopped while walking by to congratulate me on such a beautiful baby. It made my day!

Got food from Here an hour ago my boyfriend spoke to the girl in Spanish and she gave him a good amount of food and I don’t speak Spanish I wanted sweet pork and didn’t get any in my burrito but you charged as if I got what I asked for. I didn’t even notice until I got home because I was paying attention to my baby not the girl making my burrito and yes I know I should’ve paid attention
The food was good. The service was fast. The lady walking around handing out little pieces of cake was very sweet. But when I went to check out, the person at the register was busy opening boxes and stocking stuff and was standing near us but didn't help us at all. I swiped my card and it said card read error. This happened multiple times and my card does not have one of those little squares in it so that I can tap. When the transaction was eventually canceled, the lady came over redid it and said I could swipe again. I tried swiping both directions in case I was facing it the wrong way because I had no idea and the lady wasn't helping us at all. Finally after resetting it three times and doing nothing else to help us or offer to help in any way, my sister just paid for the meal with her card that had the feature where she could just tap. It was very frustrating to not be offered any help when there's a problem with your machine. Or it might have been the way I was sliding the car. Who knows. No one will ever know because nobody offered to help us.
