We had a great experience tonight. Our server Julianne U was great. She kept or drinks full and we very friendly. The food was tasty too.

I've been here several times and the food is always excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is nice but it's often chilly inside, at least at the Orem location, which means the stone (?) tables are uncomfortable and it's difficult to relax.

Very great food and great service! They were so good with kids too!

Their menu had specific labels if a dish was gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan. I found that very thoughtful for those with dietary restrictions.

I took my wife out to dinner tonight and was excited to try something different. Ordering went well, server was nice, soup and salad came first. Not bad, sausage lentil soup for me and house parmesan salad for her. No complaints. Main dishes come next, steak for her with mashed potatoes and sautéed broccoli. Except it's got spinach instead of broccoli. We ask the server to fix it, in the mean time, cutting into what should be a medium rare steak is dark red rare throughout. After getting the steak recooked and broccoli sent out, the potatoes gave a strange flavor that was not appealing. After we paid, left, and got home we realized that we never received our appetizer that we ordered and paid for. Not 100% service.

Haven't been to a location in a while. And I went and was not disappointed. I treated two of my teenage daughters and they were loving the place and the food of course.

We were excited to try this place, but unfortunately it did not meet our standards. Things started off great. We were seated immediately and our waitress was bubbly and friendly and provided great recommendations. But after bringing our drinks, we never saw her again. For the rest of the meal, our drinks and food was bright by someone different each time, who just set them on the table and walked away. We could see our waitress helping other tables but she never came back to ours.
Our appetizer was a new item in the menu and tasted fantastic. Next, our Cesar salads came. They were also great, the only complaint was maybe a little too much dressing, and while my husband's was loaded with cruotons, mine only had 2,still they were great.
I had ordered the lobster ravioli and my husband had a chicken rigatoni with a goat cheese (new on the menu and recommended by the waitress). My ravioli was so thick, bland and gummy, it was AWFUL. The sauce was no better, it tasted like straight cream. I only managed to eat a few bites of the meal before setting it aside in pure disgust. My husband stated his was also bland. Finally after several minutes our waitress showed up and asked if we were ready for checks and dessert, I motioned at my plate and commented how bland and gummy it was and that I hadn't been able to eat it. She replied with "I'll get you a box" and left again, returning shortly with 2 boxes and our check, to which, husband immediately placed his credit card in the booklet. She walked away, while he was doing this and didn't return for 15 min. At one point we even went to the front desk to ask if we paid up front and were told our waitress would come get it.
Unfortunately we paid over $75 and will never be back. Overall the service and food was very subpar.

First visit to Carrabas and the attention, the excellent food, a level of explosion of unique flavor was impressive! It's in my Top 3 best restaurants in Utah😍

Everything seemed pretty good but their Margherita pizza was not good. The basil was not fresh and had no taste and the tomatoes were too big.

The food, service and atmosphere is always very good. Just an observation that I feel you might want to address is how dirty the shutter blinds are. 😬
