Ordered Chicken Marsala. Should have stayed home and made it myself. Took it home and tried to salvage it for the next day but couldn't save it. Seasonings they used were not good (hot and peppery) and couldn't be overcome. Won't be back.

Leo is always so nice to talk to, and as always, the food is great. I do miss the trees on the roof, but Carrabba's is and always will be one of my favorites. Seriously, the herb mix is a must!

We're not typically loud about our news so our server Josh had no idea it was our 6th anniversary. But his friendly and quick service made our visit very pleasant and we plan to return.
We came for dinner and were served in a timely manner. The food was amazing, the portion size was great especially for the price. The dining area wasn't too busy and the whole overall meal was delicious.

I just want to acknowledge Maddison and Ramon today for Spectacular Service. My wife and I decided to give Carrabba's a try. We have never been here before and now it will be on our monthly date night special list. The food was some of the best food we ever had anywhere. How have we not been here before. I can't even begin to describe how amazingly friendly the staff is here. It was like being around family even though they were total strangers. The environment felt so calming and homely. A special Thanks to Leo for helping me clean up a broken glass and not making me feel like an idiot. I accidentally broke my glass as I reached for it and spilled my soda everywhere. The service was nothing short of Excellence and the prices were more then Fair for the amazing food we had. We are definitely bringing some friends and family for our next gatherings.

I walked in after work mid week. A waitress saw me waiting and advised the hostess would tend to me shortly. I waited for a good 10mins before I was seated. Given the restaurant was not busy at all.
Usually when you walk into a restaurant as soon as you open the doors your engulfed with an aroma of incredible spices and smells... This was the opposite. No telling smell of an Italian dish calling you to try.
The waitress was great. I ordered the Trio. Here we go...
The Fettuccine Alfredo sounded squishy... yup... it looked and sounded soggy.
The Lasagne did not taste fresh at all, it was pretty bland.
Chicken Parmesan was burnt but still soggy. When the cheese slid off the chicken had a gray color to it...
The warm bread and sprite was the best part of my meal!
I get it, when it's slow the servers will chat and enjoy each others company...
The server comp'd my meal but I'm surprised by all the 5 and 4 starts this place is actually getting.
I will never refer this place to anyone for anything.

Appetizer was good. The rest was not. Server walked off while we we trying to order an appetizer. We arrived at 4:30, our server finally took our order at 5:15. Then my salad was switched for a soup. Very seriously whatever grocery store sauce is better than Carrabbas.

Carrabba's catered our 20 year reunion at MVHS. It was a large order (150 people) and everything was perfect. Food was delivered on time. The chafing dishes were set up quickly which ensured that the food stayed hot during the whole event. Lots of compliments from those that attended. Also, the delivery person, Lauren (I believe) was absolutely incredible. She called ahead, communicated well and was very efficient!

Went for my husband's birthday. Server was great, very attentive. When we got our food, it was warm, and looked fantastic. I began eating the pasta, and found a hair in my food. Im not one to send my food back, but I did as my stomach was churning. They took my meal off the bill and brought me a new one. I ended up bringing it home, and the next day, my husband and I split it. Needless to say, we are now both running to the bathroom and have some wicked sickness I don't wish on anyone. It will be a very long time before I eat here again. The service was great. Even the manager was very sympathetic and quick to solve the issue. So no harm with the people working there at all. Just the food was subpar at least.

To be quite blunt. As many people compare Carabas to aolive guarden, I've eaten at Carabas and Olive Garden numerous times. Carabas is everything that Olive Garden isn't. Carabas is far superior in quality and taste in food, staff hospitality, environment, and price. For those who say Carabas is overpriced, I've eaten in restaurants all over the world, and feel I have a good sense of price. You pay for what you get, and Carabas is well worth the price. The food is exceptional every time I come, which is why I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years now. So if you are wanting to try great Italian good without having to travel across the ocean, go to Carabas, you can thank me afterwards.

I read a review from someone that said their food was decent and their pizza was soggy and there server was horrible and their glasses were half full.... Well I had a great experience our server was amazing and the Pizza was perfect.... nice crisp crust!
Sometimes thighs get busy, the service industry is tough... I think we need to have more patience!
Thank you Carrabba's!

It was weird to have to order pasta separately, too pricey.
Food is fine but overpriced, service is spotty, but the real reason for the low score is that it smells like poo. And it has for years. I forget when they remodeled, I believe it was during COVID, but it smelled horrific in the women's bathroom even before that. I hadn't said anything because of the obvious, what if someone just did someone horrific in the bathroom before I went in? But at this point, especially going in 2x in about 6 weeks of it smelling like poo there's no way it's a coincidence. I dread coming here because it smells so bad. Even my 3 year old commented on the smell when we were there the other day. Go somewhere else that's not as expensive and doesn't smell so bad.
