Really great food! It was a little bit overpriced in my opinion but it was good nonetheless.

The workers there were very rude. We had tried to add mozzarella sticks to our order (the system didn’t add them, that’s not their fault) and instead of being accommodating and explaining the situation, they dismissed us and said we could PAY FOR THEM, which is something we were aware of but didn’t quite understand yet why the mozzarella sticks hadn’t appeared. We had to ask them to look at the transaction to make sure we weren’t charged for the mozzarella sticks and the worker gave a heavy sigh before just reprinting the receipt and handing it over to us. We also were unfortunate to drop some of our food accidentally and they gave attitude when we asked for it to be replaced. Rudest staff encounter I’ve ever had at a Charley’s. I hope they get fired.

Totally solid. The buffalo chicken melt was really good -- not too salty but really flavorful. An absolute mess (in a kind of fun way)

I could have assembled a better sandwich blindfolded, and I'm a terrible cook. I ordered the bacon 3 cheese steak, and it was not very good. The ingredients were okay on their own, but the Mayo wasn't very well spread out and so I got random clumps of mayo. One corner of my sandwich was weirdly soggy, and I'm pretty sure it was not from the ingredients in the sandwich, so I tore it off. The bacon was mostly on one side of the sandwich so I had to move some to the other side. The food took a while even though it wasn't busy. Overall not happy with the service.

Terrible customer service. Three workers standing around while one worker literally cooks one sandwich at a time. It was a 20 minute wait for two sandwiches, with NOBODY else in line or ordering.

Ordered double meat and then watched them make my food in which they didn't give me double meat. When I asked them about it they called me a liar. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund. Do not come here if you are expecting good customer service.

If you like your cheesesteak bland, dry, and prepared wrong, then this is the place for you. A good sandwich starts with great bread, and these guys didn't get the memo. Pathetic!

They advertise themselves as the #1 cheesesteak in the world. They must not get out much, it's not even the #1 cheesesteak in south Orem.

this place has literal RATS, i’ve seen at least 3 in the last month being there, there’s cross contamination because they touch meat and chicken with the same gloves, they will give you old fries AND old wings and just warm them up, they’ll make you pay for ranch, fry sauce and everything is expensive, and the poor workers get paid nothing so no wonder. you don’t wanna work or eat here, everything about it honestly sucks, I can guarantee you that any other cheesesteak place is worth your time more than this one
