I'm literally not joking. I love this place so much that I drive from Idaho every few months just to eat here. Then I go back home and I'm happy the entire time. This place is so good.

First time last time. It,s 2pm on March 12th. We ordered to go- my mistake. Look at the pic. Is this a sandwich? It was buried under a pound of lettuce. I cant find the bread. This was pure garbage, and with drinks cost $61. I threw it out and bought a TV dinner from Smiths. Fries were half

This place that will sell you fries but not give you any ketchup or fry sauce. That’s an extra fee.Rather than nickel and dime the customer on everything, just include a sauce in the price. (Even if it’s just one lol)

Food was very delicious. Takes a while to come out due to the fact they are always so busy. Their ultimate fries are a must have. Make sure you grab plenty of napkins because they are delightfully juicy!

I asked if food was made fresh to order and was told yes. Not surprisingly, they LIED! The grill was being cleaned the WHOLE TIME I was there, yet I watched as a sandwich was loaded into a box. And, fries were scooped out of a basket and not cooked fresh! Got home to soggy bread and raw onions. Felt as though I was being charged for each ice cube and grain of salt! Cannot believe you charge EXTRA for fry sauce! Talk about a major disappointment! I would not have given any stars but you have to give them to post.

Tastes good but found a hair in my cheese steak

Absolutely terrible experience. We had questions about the food, the employee answered our questions and then ordered the food for us (without us ordering). We were just curious about the food and then felt obligated to get it since it was being prepared.The unwanted food came. It was super greasy, tasted awful, the employee DID NOT ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS ADEQUATELY (COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FOOD FROM DESCRIPTION. It was so exceptionally different that it would make one wonder if they knew what they were preparing) and the french fries HAD FROZEN FRENCH FRIES amidst the partially cooked fries. Absolutely horrendous experience. Went from being curious about what the restaurant was to avidly desiring to avoid the place

Chicken Philly dry to the bone. And barely any mayo.Fries....waste of money. Sadly I eork in the mall and tell people don't eat there.
