Ordered off door dash and my food came with a LONG hair wrapped throughout my food 😵‍💫🤢

If you like your cheesesteak bland, dry, and prepared wrong, then this is the place for you. A good sandwich starts with great bread, and these guys didn't get the memo. Pathetic!

They advertise themselves as the #1 cheesesteak in the world. They must not get out much, it's not even the #1 cheesesteak in south Orem.
Very little food, very little flavor.

this place has literal RATS, i’ve seen at least 3 in the last month being there, there’s cross contamination because they touch meat and chicken with the same gloves, they will give you old fries AND old wings and just warm them up, they’ll make you pay for ranch, fry sauce and everything is expensive, and the poor workers get paid nothing so no wonder. you don’t wanna work or eat here, everything about it honestly sucks, I can guarantee you that any other cheesesteak place is worth your time more than this one

It’s noon on Monday and I go to order one of the deals on the menu. The cashier tried to overcharge me twice. I had to explain what I was ordering three times. Asked for a small chicken Philly w fries like the sign says for like 8 bucks and all of a sudden it’s 13. When I said something she tried to tell me no, so I pointed behind her. I really got frustrated repeating myself so many times. I had her take off the drink bc it was an extra 3 dollars and when I look at the receipt she selected no drink the whole time? I was very confused. I also asked for Togo. When I got my food it was not Togo. It’s really frustrating to not be heard so I do not recommend this place. Working in customer service myself I want to give the benefit of doubt every time but this time I just feel like they don’t listen and want to charge you whatever they want.

I'm literally not joking. I love this place so much that I drive from Idaho every few months just to eat here. Then I go back home and I'm happy the entire time. This place is so good.

First time last time. It,s 2pm on March 12th. We ordered to go- my mistake. Look at the pic. Is this a sandwich? It was buried under a pound of lettuce. I cant find the bread. This was pure garbage, and with drinks cost $61. I threw it out and bought a TV dinner from Smiths. Fries were half

This place that will sell you fries but not give you any ketchup or fry sauce. That’s an extra fee.Rather than nickel and dime the customer on everything, just include a sauce in the price. (Even if it’s just one lol)
