2 times I’ve gotten a burrito and they don’t give the salsa. It is part of the item. I shouldn’t have to ask for the stuff that comes with the item. It is something at this location. Cheap on the sauces, this is the Chick-fil-A way!

Went for a school fundraiser, placed the order and then told them it was for the fundraiser, they said it wasn't 5 yet, I said, look it is 5... She says it wasn't 5 when we placed the order, so it doesn't count.... Can you be any lamer?

How can you not like Chick-fil-A? I know that I do. In fact, I love Chick-fil-A. The spicy chicken deluxe minus tomato might be one of the greatest sandwiches ever created. However, today we did not have a great experience at Chick-fil-A. They are getting a little bit lazy in terms of Service. And that’s a surprise given that Chick-fil-A is known to be one of the best places to get great service. Yes, I said one of the best. The best is In-and-Out hands-down. In-N-Out destroys Chick-fil-A and every single way. I digress. Today when we pulled up to the window, they handed us our bags and sitting on the top of our bag was a tiny little bowl of the kale salad. I get it, it’s a little salad that cost $2.79. But my problem with this salad is that the little tiny bowl was only half full of salad. If you’re going to give me a bowl of salad at least fill the entire bowl with salad. My wife was a little puzzled and so I pulled the bowl out of the bag, and I talked to the woman at the window. I said, “I think this kale salad is a little bit empty. Do you agree? “ she said, “no that’s how much we give to you. “ I must admit I was a little bit snarky and responded, “you only give half? “She responded again and said that is the amount that they give. When we got home, we noticed that my wife’s chicken nuggets were not that great either. A couple of the nuggets in her box were really tiny -I wouldn’t consider them full nuggets. Also, every single one of our french fries boxes was less than full. Anyway, I’m a little bit bugged because it feels like instead of being generous Chick-fil-A is trying not to be generous. I’ve always looked at Chick-fil-A as a place that is generous to their customers both with food as well as with service. That was not our experience today. I still love Chick-fil-A, but I’m only giving this experience three stars.
I was in the restraunt with my gf and a creepy dude name Isaac wouldn’t stop staring as us. I confronted him and he walked away to continue staring from a safe distance. Then I reported him to only get laughed at. Never coming here again

I haven't had chick-fil-a in a long time and I decided to give it a try again because I seen that the line wasn't too long for lunch today in the drive through. I got the new spicy pimento honey sandwich which was okay. I decided to go large on my combo order because I really wanted the waffle fries. But I was really disappointed because my fries looked like the bottom of the potato chip bag. I had like 4 or 5 actual waffle fries on top but 2/3 of the large fries were tiny chunks. It probably going to be a long time before I try again. I ended up giving the fry chunks to my dog. Pretty disappointed to whoever decided that those were good enough to serve to customers.
