I normally love chick fi la and normally would recommend any location but this was a baffling experience. This location is in the mall so they close at 9. We placed our order at 8:33 and we're surprised to see that they were cleaning up to close already. The cashier who helped us was at work, but clearly already clocked out for the day and was extremely rude and took our order in a hurry, not allowing me to finish. Then they spent the entire time focusing on closing as opposed to finishing the orders they had already gotten prior to ours and continued to get. I've never had to wait more than 10 mins for food at chick fi la, and that's probably a gross exaggeration, it's usually only 5 mins. But I didn't get my order until 9. I finally asked about it at 8:58 thinking they had some how lost it and one employee was very apologetic which I appreciate. But I'm incredibly annoyed by how desperate they were to get out of there when they hadn't even closed yet! The cherry on top was cold, tiny fries and un-melted cheese.

This Chick-fil-A was really disappointing. We waited for 8 minutes in line while the employees stood around chatting with their old coworkers instead of focusing on orders. When we finally got our food, the nuggets were burnt-three of us got them, and all were bad. One of us went up to get them replaced, and they gave us more burnt nuggets. When I spoke with the manager, she admitted the fryer wasn't working properly, but the whole situation was handled with an attitude like they didn't care. The fries were also way overcooked, more like crunchy lays potato chips than fries. Overall, the staff seemed unbothered, and the quality of the food was terrible. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A.

Bad service, will never go there again. I recommend go to other chick-fila then the one in Orem mall. They don’t want to refund the money. They want money, I left the food and money there. Since they are desperate, other stores if ask for refund they will allow it.
3/17/23 got fries, lemonade, and grilled chicken. My toddler threw up 8 times the next morning and had diarrhea twice . He ate a veggie roll from the Noodle place in the mall and some mango smoothie at Roxberry too so I’m not sure what caused it. He vomits frequently though, especially after meals with meat and fries.
STRAWBERRY SHAKE is yummy. Ask for a lid that doesn’t leak so kids can drink it in car.
CHOCOLATE SHAKE: gross. Tastes like canned milk.

Going here for lunch is LITERALLY the highlight of my day.The food is obviously amazing. But, it seems like Chick Fil A is the only place that seems to get it right. I'm not looking to be best friends. I'm not looking for your negative attitude. I just want to order some food and have a good experience.Thank you to everyone who works here. COBB Salad needs 2 ranch dressing packets. It’s mostly lettuce.
