Went to get food with my family and ordered two kids meals with mc and cheese. One of them was burnt so I went to the counter and asked if I could get a new one. The manager HUNTER, talked to me and said that is normal, I explained that it is burnt and the other one was fine and I just wanted one to replace that burnt one, he said no and said he wasn't going to do anything about it. It was horrible customer service and he looked at me like he didn't care and just wanted to turn around and keep talking to his coworker. I wasn't rude or asking for anything crazy just a new Mac and cheese for my kid. He should've handled that very differently and did not act as a leader should. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in how everything turned out.

This location has never gotten my order correct. Today I ordered 30 nuggets and got 10 strips. Only way to make it right is to go back through the nightmare parking lot/ drive through so I never do. Who has time for that?
Anyway, just tired of paying for food I don’t get. Try another location if you care about precision.

They were super rude and ignored me when I asked for a combo then gave me a mean look when I repeated I wanted a combo not just nuggets. I waited in line politely I wasn't trying to rush anyone but she acted like I kicked a puppy. I don't expect super service I just don't wanna be treated like I'm a criminal for ordered a drink and fries too. She barely filled up my drink too. It was like 70%. Idk if she thought I was someone else but I just want to go to a restaurant and be treated with respect.

This location is the best! They deliver to us fellow mall employees who take way advantage way too often of their delivery service and they do it with a smile even when we have back to back orders when taking our breaks. Just wanted to say thank you and we appreciate you feeding us during our shifts!

I normally love chick fi la and normally would recommend any location but this was a baffling experience. This location is in the mall so they close at 9. We placed our order at 8:33 and we're surprised to see that they were cleaning up to close already. The cashier who helped us was at work, but clearly already clocked out for the day and was extremely rude and took our order in a hurry, not allowing me to finish. Then they spent the entire time focusing on closing as opposed to finishing the orders they had already gotten prior to ours and continued to get. I've never had to wait more than 10 mins for food at chick fi la, and that's probably a gross exaggeration, it's usually only 5 mins. But I didn't get my order until 9. I finally asked about it at 8:58 thinking they had some how lost it and one employee was very apologetic which I appreciate. But I'm incredibly annoyed by how desperate they were to get out of there when they hadn't even closed yet! The cherry on top was cold, tiny fries and un-melted cheese.

This Chick-fil-A was really disappointing. We waited for 8 minutes in line while the employees stood around chatting with their old coworkers instead of focusing on orders. When we finally got our food, the nuggets were burnt-three of us got them, and all were bad. One of us went up to get them replaced, and they gave us more burnt nuggets. When I spoke with the manager, she admitted the fryer wasn't working properly, but the whole situation was handled with an attitude like they didn't care. The fries were also way overcooked, more like crunchy lays potato chips than fries. Overall, the staff seemed unbothered, and the quality of the food was terrible. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A.
I love this place! The food is super delicious and so are the sauces! They have good prices and they are also very friendly when they serve you!
