I mean it's good food except when I went there in September 10th it was a bit rude for a big disruption of people screaming but overall good food

The forced kiosk, the competency of the staff, and the wait time, are all bad. Even during times when the kiosk is closed and they take your order in person... they messed up my order and also missed everything free: water and sauces.

My friend had an incident where they supposedly called her name for her order, then threw it away. She had checked with them at the estimated 30 MIN wait time and they said they hadn't called her name yet. She went back a second time at 60 mins, at which point they said they had thrown it away, and would need to remake it. She was listening for her name the whole time, so it doesnt seem like they made an effort to raise their voice and repeat calling out her name.

After all that, they also didn't offer to do anything to make up for their mistake besides just making the order again.

This location needs an overhaul on service quality and speed.

This Chick-fil-A has really gone downhill. They installed kiosks to order at instead of ordering at the front, which would be fine if it were faster — but it’s not. There was only one employee at the front, and she made me order at the kiosk. It ended up taking 25 minutes just to get a large fry, which made me late to my lecture. The whole point of eating on campus is supposed to be quick and convenient, but this setup makes it slower than ever.

Helpful staff always great help. Leaving a 5 star review is my pleasure

A mobile order using points and then they deliver to my table… yeah, pretty cool service 🤓

Did not thinking I’d ever been leaving a bad review at a chic fil a but this location frequently messes up simple orders such as getting cheese on my chicken sandwich, or putting the right amount of nuggets in the box. They also consistently put a small amount of fries worth in your large fry.

Took a little while to get our food but other than that the experience was fine. The food was great and was just what we needed during a long rehearsal in the theatre. I was so glad it was right there in the building!

Couldn't find location. It turns out it was inside tge student Union at UVU. I didn't get the market salad I was craving. McDonald's quarterpounder was not a satisfactory substitute

FOR ONCE, we get a restaurant at UVU that doesn't have rude workers and actually delivers.Chick Fil A is obviously great and I don't think I need to say much about the food itself.But I've been to a lot of the restaurants at the food court here and their customer service and delivery (by that, I mean the way the food comes out) is HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRIBLE.A bunch of young adult college kids that feel bad for themselves and feel like they have to take it out on you when all you want to do is buy food. I understand everyone has problems but it doesn't mean you should have a negative attitude. You never know what someone's going through and even if it's worse than what you're going through.But this Chick Fil A lived up to its company's customer service standards. I'm really happy for this Chick Fil A and I'll definitely go here again when I pass through the food court.Oh yeah, I got a Chicken Sandwich with fries and avocado lime ranch. Their avocado lime ranch is cracked.
