Ordered pickup and part of my meal was missing. I was offered a refund but it never came. I called a week later and they said they'd look into it and call me back. Never got called back. I was also hung up on during ordering. Previously found hair in food at this location while dining in and the waitress and manager just wanted us to accept it. Had to insist on meal being remade. When the food is made correctly it's good. But if there are any issues they don't want to take accountability.

The three for me deal is a good one. The food is priced appropriately for the size and quality. A little noisy for me. We were sitting in the sun room that may be noisier. Server was intentive.

We arrive to the restaurant at 5:30. We had a group of 10 and three high chairs. There were many open seats throughout the restaurant. The hostess quoted us 20 minutes. At the end of the 20 minutes the restaurant had started to fill up so I checked in with the hostess. She said it will be 30 more minutes. We waited one and a half hours I checked in with the hostess again and she stated that they still did not have a table for us. In the meantime, they were seating multiple big parties. The hostess seemed very stressed out. It was frustrating and ultimately we left and went somewhere else. I understand big parties are difficult to seat But “appropriate time frames that people can plan on. Also be smart about seating tables throughout your restaurant to seat bigger parties. They lost out on probably a $200 table which would’ve been a Great tip for their servers.

My husband and I went to this location at 2:30 pm on a Saturday and it was a great experience! We sat in the bar area where it wasn’t crowded, both of our servers were great and attentive, and the food was way good. We would definitely recommend this location!

Chips and salsa were great as always. Got the triple dipper and can’t wait to come back to get it again.
I tend to think of chains as just having average food like nothing special but I was extremely surprised by how amazing the mushroom swiss burger was, I like it better than the cheesecake factory or other expensive burgers!! I got the asparagus with it and it was perfectly cooked, not on either side of mushy or tough/fibery; they must stock really good fresh produce. Our server (sorry I forgot your name but in the bar area with a blond ponytail on 2/25 8pm ish... We got 2 mushroom burgers with one to go and the mixed taco slider chicken dippy plate thing) was really awesome to keep my fast draining water full haha, that is usually my biggest complaint at restaurants is i just drink tons of water and my glass is usually empty most of the time but she was great which I appreciated since I just went running and needed to rehydrate. It was really nice being here and she didn't rush us out while we were chatting. Will definitely come back when I need a good burger!!!
