First of all I got the worst food poisoning from here. We sat down and orders chips, the chips were stale and chewy, all 3 of the chips they brought out, we asked for more and they were the same. Chocolate milk was warm, waiter was EXCEPTIONAL, Could’ve been a lot better.

Overall this place is a really good Chilis! If you want super nice and boujee food this might not be the place but it is always going to have amazing chips and salsa and the servers I have gotten have been very nice and attentive!

Came here about a week ago and one of the servers made fun of the food we were eating. She kept walking up to the hostess and saying things like “who would even order that, it’s so tasteless” So sad. We left early and finished our food at home. Very uncomfy experience.

I came to this place 4 hours before they closed, I came for some ribs and I tried to order the ribs combo, they waitress said they didn’t have any ribs and I said that is fine I can get my combo with other stuff like chicken sausage and steak and he said “no” we can’t do that, he was mean, slow and super rude, bc 20 minutes after someone else got some ribs! This place sucks and this guy who took our order needs to be fired so bad and not good at doing his job

I have been here a few times when I am down in Orem, and our server is always the same guy and he does an amazing job! The service is a 10/10 every time, the food has been yummy each time as well. The restaurant is clean, smells like delicious food anywhere you sit, has clean restrooms, and the staff is always kind. Definitely a great location, would 100% recommend this location to anyone.
