This chipotle is much better than its atrocious counterpart down the road on university Ave, the portioning was much better here and the staff was much nicer. I’m leaving this review for the staff specifically at the time I went not sure about others but this group was great.

He has now made my husband & I’s orders twice - his portions are by far the best & he ensures that he is putting all the right things on. He is also just kind & personable which is not always found with fast food employees. You’re the man, Chase! 🌯

I dont know what the bad reviews are about, this is the best Chipotle in the Valley. I literally drive passed 3 other ones to come to this one. They DO NOT skimp on food, EVEN ON ONLINE ORDERS. Its always consistent and you get more for your money than any other location ive been to. 10/10

I was here yesterday, and had an EXTREMELY uncomfortable altercation with an employee. I wish I got his name or stood up for myself, but I was so shocked & I didn’t react. He was tall and skinny and wore glasses, he was serving me food and when I said that was all. He then started to badger me saying “are you not going to get food for your daughter?” Implying I wasn’t going to feed her. I told him no she won’t be getting anything he then continued and said “are you at least going to share your food with her?” I was so taken back from what he was implying. I calmly told him she won’t be getting anything she has food in the car. I was SO uncomfortable, and his professionalism should be checked. It was so uncalled for & extremely insulting and rude to imply I wasn’t going to feed her. He made me feel so uncomfortable in that moment. So To the Worker - my toddler doesn’t eat chipotle, she wanted Taco Bell hence why I didn’t order her anything. Although that is NONE of your business & you should never imply that to a customer ever. I will never be going back to this location.

The most inconsistent restuarant in the world. Got double rice and double chicken for my bowl and got less rice then I normally would without asking for double and less chicken then I ever have. Got charged for double chicken still. 15 dollars for less than half of what I normally would get. Don’t get me wrong sometimes the service is awesome but more often than not the workers treat you like a pest and the portion sizes are a pound different depending on the day

So tired of this place and its horrible service … the fact that I had to delete my old review to rewrite a new one… can’t get through to a person on the phone. If your job is to hear what I want to eat… then freaking listen… dude put 3 wrong things on my order infront of me and then still forgot to add protein on the kids meal after rushing me like there’s a line when there 4 people in the entire restaurant. Really annoys me that yall are rushing,not listening, the freaking door handle is dirtier than anything and I’m just extremely fed up with this place. Every single time there’s issues… it’s a basic job? If you hate your life and don’t want to work there… LEAVE, it’s not the customers fault you hate your job it just becomes our problem! Not to mention how disgusting the outside seating, over flowing trash, gross tables,chairs and floor. Trash laying around… disgusted is an understatement
