It's always good to have Chipotle, because the food is delicious, but this particular location is a mess. First, the store is very small, they have like four long tables, and they get packed in no time. Secondly, the crew is shorthanded, so the empty tables indoors and outdoors were filthy. Bathrooms were cleaned, and the employees were nice.
The food was alright which is fine, the issue was the employee and how they treated my wife, she was at the salsa bar and asked what the salsa was the mild salsa and instead of helping her they just shrugged and said it’s whatever is in front of me with attitude, it really ticked me off that he treated my wife that way, as a first time customer I will NEVER go back here EVER. If I could tell people about here all I would say is find somewhere else, this place has crappy employees that don’t care and wont tell you what is what for first time customers

The girl serving me was annoyed because I asked for a burrito on the sign, like it isn’t her job to know how to make the food they serve. They also skimp on your food, our situation seemed to be specific due to the fact we made the girl mad for doing her job. All of the other workers were similar, they don’t care about food portion/service unfortunately. You’d be better off getting scraps from the dumpster outside no joke lol. Live and learn, f chipotle :)

Great food and great portions! However, I came in at 8:15, and asked if they had any veggies left. They said no and that they were closing down the grill. I asked when they closed and they said 10:30….Seems weird that they’re closing things up so early. They were out of a lot of their juices and other toppings as well.
Edit: it turns out that they actually close at 11pm! They were closing up everything almost 3 HOURS EARLY!!!!!

Terrible service. Walked in, no line, at least 4 employees and no says anything or comes up to help for about five minutes. Terrible attitude, no way did I even order food.

They never have the gahdam fajitas. it’s like one of the three sides and they just don’t make it for some reason and these employees all suck and give you the tiniest amounts.

Whoever was working register tonight had absolutely no sense of urgency and had a terrible attitude. It took us 7 minutes waiting in between getting the protein and then getting the sauce because they were soooo slow. By the time we got our bowl it was super cold. Very very disappointing.

I love chipotle but they served me guac that had really gone bad (I took it off my bowl), and the rice was quite crunchy.
This location is genuinely thee WORST chipotle I have ever been to IN MY LIFE!!!!!!! The chips are burnt everytime, and their portions are SO small. Place is always dirty, out of forks.. they need a new store manager because I’d be embarrassed to have my name on this location.

I have unfortunately received the worst burrito ever at this location, I paid like 10 bucks for this sad burrito. It’s like they ration out food for each customer so they can put as little food as possible on each item. It’s like half scoop. Everyone looks like they hate their job there and they take it out on u. They don’t know how to wrap burritos today they decided to fold it in a circle as shown in the photo. If you wrapped this please quit it’s a disgrace.

This Chipotle location was an absolute letdown. The portion sizes were so small it felt like they were more concerned about their profit and loss statements than serving customers. I ordered a bowl with double meat, and what I got was barely enough for a regular portion. When I pointed it out, the employee reluctantly added the tiniest amount, as if every scoop was coming out of their paycheck.
The rest of the bowl was just as skimpy—a few grains of rice and a sprinkle of cheese. It’s clear this location is cutting corners, probably to meet some corporate quota. At these prices, I shouldn’t leave feeling like I need to grab another meal somewhere else.

I really respect people who decide to work in food services such as this, especially when it’s a line system. I understand it’s tough. In no means do I wanna talk down about anybody, but I kid you not I’ve never seen such terrible attitudes from the line workers at this location. And this isn’t the first time from this location either, my wife and I have been here about 5 times in the recent past, and each time we look at each other in awe. Anyway, this particular time, the girl that was working on my order was very softly whispering things under her breath judging what I was including on my burrito, which just made me chuckle a little because of how out of place it is to do that. And at the end, I preemptively said that the order is to go, assuming she’d ask me. Maybe i shouldn’t have, but I thought that I was helping. Anyway, after I mentioned it’s to go, she, again, under her breath, said “okayyy” very sassily. It’s just a little odd is all, and I can’t help but laugh. Just thought it was with mentioning that it’s been multiple workers like this and it’s every time I’m there. Take what you will from my review haha. They aren’t friendly and it’s just a little tough.
