The most inconsistent restuarant in the world. Got double rice and double chicken for my bowl and got less rice then I normally would without asking for double and less chicken then I ever have. Got charged for double chicken still. 15 dollars for less than half of what I normally would get. Don’t get me wrong sometimes the service is awesome but more often than not the workers treat you like a pest and the portion sizes are a pound different depending on the day

So tired of this place and its horrible service … the fact that I had to delete my old review to rewrite a new one… can’t get through to a person on the phone. If your job is to hear what I want to eat… then freaking listen… dude put 3 wrong things on my order infront of me and then still forgot to add protein on the kids meal after rushing me like there’s a line when there 4 people in the entire restaurant. Really annoys me that yall are rushing,not listening, the freaking door handle is dirtier than anything and I’m just extremely fed up with this place. Every single time there’s issues… it’s a basic job? If you hate your life and don’t want to work there… LEAVE, it’s not the customers fault you hate your job it just becomes our problem! Not to mention how disgusting the outside seating, over flowing trash, gross tables,chairs and floor. Trash laying around… disgusted is an understatement

The service and atmosphere was great but the food was awful, the steak was very chewy and fatty, mostly pieces I couldn’t even eat. The rest was fairly fresh but what a disgrace for the main protein side of the bowl.

My first review ever. I love chipotle in general but this location is ALWAYS out of stuff. Dressing, meats, grilled veggies, sodas, lemonade, etc. it’s rare I go there and they have all the items I want. So annoying. I stopped coming to this location. So so bad.
I was in the mood for Chipotle, and I saw the reviews for the places and I debated whether or not I should go to this location. But I decided on giving them a chance to see if it really was as bad as everyone says it is.
So, the place looked clean and comfortable. I was immediately greeted and I got a chicken burrito with double chicken, because I’m all about getting that protein for my gains! And they gave me really good portions for the rice, beans, and the chicken too. Pretty generous in my opinion. Got rung up and left the store to eat it at home.
The burrito was really good! I was impressed by how thicc and hefty it was. Overall, I would come back. You guys should give this place another chance. I think it’s worth it.

Not a great experience. A lot of the staff just seemed annoyed from the second I got in line. When I was checking out, I had a quick issue with my card and took maybe two extra seconds to respond when asked if I wanted a bag while I was working on making the payment. The guy behind the counter visibly got annoyed, shook his head, and didn’t even say “have a good one.” I said it anyway out of habit, and he couldn’t even look at me—just mumbled a “thanks.” Whole thing just felt weird and unwelcoming. Customer service matters.

Chipotle has always been my favorite restaurant but holy cow did we get some bad service today from Jackson and Cole. We are very unimpressed. The app wasn’t letting us redeem our birthday reward (which we have done every year in the past) and they wouldn’t help us out.
