We like to get the bonbites sometimes. But not again after today. The worker ripped the card reader away when I went to pay, she then selected a tip FOR ME. A gratuity is chosen by the customer based off the service given. Not for the employee to choose for you. Not okay.

Honestly the cinnamon buns are mid. They aren't like super delicious nor super disgusting they are just okay. But for the price you'd expect them to be delicious. But what's disgusting and appalling is the service here. The older Hispanic lady who appears to not speak English at all is SUPER RUDE. Along with the other kid who doesn't seem to speak English either. They both ignored me while I was waiting for a while until a big group of people appeared. Then they helped them instead of me. I told them I had been waiting for a while and even made eye contact with the lady. But she just continued to ignore me. Not even apologizing. How unprofessional. Will definitely NOT be returning.

The cinnamon rolls are delicious but expensive. I bought them but the cashier refused to give them to me until he told me exactly how to store them and heat them up and other random facts. All of it was information that was obvious and already on the box but it took him forever to explain and was kind of annoying since I was in a rush

The employee was really nice but the BonBites were not good at all. The cinnamons rolls were dense and dry. I shared them with someone else and they didn’t like them either after trying a bite. The rest of the pack went into the trash, even though I hate to waste. Even the drink I got didn’t taste good and I didn’t want to finish it.
