1 star because my cinnabon was not baked well! It was doughy. ? Great service though but cinnabon wasn’t cooked. I didn’t think to take a picture beforehand because I was so disappointed I threw it in the trash right away.

They're ALWAYS out of "center of the roll". Last 3 times we went, they've been out. Also, the rolls that we do get are always really dry.

Placed a pick up order for 7:15. I arrived on time and I’m told that they don’t do mobile orders (they do in the app). I had to wait an hour for cinnamon rolls to be ready. It wasn’t even busy there. Not going here again

We thought we were getting, a once upon a time, an amazing cinnamon roll and ended up getting a chewing piece of something called cinnamon roll - it was terrible! The dough was extremely think and chewy - the opposite of soft and delicious to the taste. Never again will I eat these terrible cinnamon rolls

Rude service worker(aug 15 2023 1Pm). Im guessing she was the manager. The other guy worker was kind but the manager lady was so rude because we told her that the coffee we bought and spent 5$ on was not good and had no flavor. Its not like we were trying to get free coffee, it genuinely was tasteless iced coffee that tasted just like ice and at 5$ I expect a coffee to taste good.She said pretty rudely with an attitude that she made it the way the recipe called for. I mean hey thats fine but it was tasteless and gross still. I get service workers can have bad days but honestly it was rude how she behaved and i will not be back at cinnabon here. Her responses were def off.

I went here a week ago for a treat for myself. I paid (the pretty high price imo) for my Cinnabon and ordered too a coffee to go with. The flavor and cinnamon itself was great but the bun itself was undercooked and awful. And waited as it literally took the guy 10 minutes or so to figure out, with another worker's help, how to work the machine. By that time I didn't want or need the coffee. Not good service or product. I won't go here again.
Employee was fantastic. Owners must have 0 interest. Tried to use a gift card and she said it’s been down since the first of the year. 3 months and nobody has fixed it? ??

I wish I would have gotten fresh cinnamon rolls when I ordered a couple to go, that being said I warmed them up a few seconds and they were delicious.
