They ran out of Reese’s Peanut butter cups, water, cotton candy etc.. charged us 1.50 tor tap water. Seems like it’s poorly managed.

Normally I go to the Coldstone in American Fork and have a great experience. The mall Coldstone was out of Heath bar topping so I tried the Mud Pie Mojo instead of my usual. The coffee ice cream was… grainy? The flavor tasted way off and it wasn’t the usually creamy deliciousness, it had little grainy particles in it. Yuck! Normally I don’t leave reviews, but you can’t mess with a man’s ice cream, it just isn’t right. Maybe it was just a bad day for the coffee ice cream.

What's wrong with this location? It's literally falling apart. Dirty, missing ice cream flavors all the time, careless employees, empty freezers, falling lights...

Today I went with a friend for ice cream, the girl who served us had a very bad attitude, I could not put my phone number for rewards, the girl acted that she put my number but my points were not passed and she did not give me my receipt. This month is my birthday and I'm supposed to have a promotion for that too, plus I think she overcharged me.

Never had any issues here. No problems with staff or cleanliness.

There was no choices for ice cream only like 3 kind no cones and really dirty

Horrible customer service!! Everything was dirty and sticky! It took longer to get my shake then it did to do all of my shopping…

Every day this business is a disappointment. There are no snows, only about 3 flavors and Cinnabon is getting worse ? they don't have anything you want either.????

The employees were nice and quick to make our order, but there were few flavor options and the cake batter ice cream tasted off. I'm not sure if it was spoiled, flavored weird, or mixed poorly, but we will not be returning.

Cold stone was hot and crowded. The store closes sooner than Google Maps thought. The ice cream was ok. Cold stone shares this location with a cinnabon.

As other reviews have stated, this location seldom has any flavors that I like, even from among their most popular selections. The workers have always seemed do to a decent job, though perhaps they aren't the happiest. The last two times I've gone, the actual cold stone hasn't been cold enough to keep my ice cream from melting. The cookie dough was also very hard for the worker to chop up and even harder for me to eat. The brownie also is more of a chocolate cake than brownie as well, unlike other locations. Wish them the best though and hope my small review can help someone.
