This is sadly a newer review I’ve always loved corner bakery but yesterday when I got my order I placed on line it was quite the disappointment, eggs almost burned and the avocado completely brown I don’t know how a restaurant can see this and still think it’s good to serve … had to throw it all away, please do better , cooks please think would I eat this will the customer eat Something that looks this bad 🤔 Do better !!! First time here and a little disappointed. The pancakes tasted kind of weird and the salted Carmel latte was veryyyy salty it was so bad. The bacon and cheddar sandwhich was a pretty good choice though.

Pancakes were terrible, whatever they used on the griddle was rancid and pancakes came out raw. They made new pancakes and those tasted even worse. Breakfast potatoes were bathing in oil. We will not be returning to this corner bakery.

Went here on a whim. The service was so slow. If you want an order, call ahead. Send like the orders called in took priority over customers standing in front of them. Yes, the food is made fresh so a wait is expected but 35 minutes for 2 half n half.. to go. That's a bit long. The sandwich tasted good and my salad was very flavourful. I would eat here again, but would call ahead.

Food was great however, the staff needs improvement when taking orders and instructing customers with their options which is included with their order. Not very personable nor friendly.

Gross. You know the slimy gross chicken breast you buy at the grocery store that’s pre cooked and packaged. That’s what they serve here. Not fresh chicken, some kind of processed slimy stuff. My pesto chicken sandwich had no pesto. And my salad was extremely subpar. Save your money and get a salad at Harmon’s grocery store, or zuppas. Would not recommend!

I’ve been a regular coming into Corner Bakery since 2017 and I’ve seen the constant changes the restaurant has gone through, however recently this year I have to say, it’s been the worst year in terms of service, food and management overall. The first thing I’ve been very disappointed about is the quality of the food, I’m unsure if the manager of the store is even paying attention or does any sort of quality control but the pastries are always hard or taste extremely off and when requesting to replace it or get a fresh batch and the only response I get is “These were baked yesterday” and don’t even get a refund or another pastry. I’m unsure how something less than 24 hours old taste like it’s been sitting there for days and weeks, Corner Bakery says it’s baked fresh everyday but I’m getting days old, maybe even weeks old, pastries. Furthermore, it feels like the service has been going down more and more and the time it takes for food to get to the table is unbelievable. My hot food is always cold and soggy, there has been multiple times where I’ve had to go to the front and see my food just sitting there and when asked about my food, they’re always surprised that it’s ready and it’s been super disappointed every single time. I don’t like my hot food cold or soggy, especially for the price I’m paying, I would expect a certain amount of professionalism and a speedy service within reason and the last thing I want to speak about is the way management is going. Ive personally been in a management position myself and no way, shape or form would I treat my employees the way the tall lady GM treats the employees of mostly teenagers, as some of these are kids in school and shouldn’t be treated as badly as I’ve seen a couple times and considering it might be their first job in their lives, they shouldn’t be treated like this, or any human in fact. I’ve overheard the tall lady GM yell at her employees like taking the wrong plate of food, simple mistakes that can easily be fixed and accidentally pressing cash on their register. It’s very sad to see because nobody should be mistreated like that, especially in public and especially in a work environment, where this could easily be a learning opportunity for the lady GM, she turns it into a lecture and yelling, as a customer I shouldn’t be hearing yelling coming from the back while dining or even at the register, I’m afraid that maybe one day she’ll yell at me because I might ask for one to many things. I don’t believe this woman should be in charge of the restaurant that I do dearly use to love, before this year I had a blast coming here and was always greeted with respect and lovely employees, some that are still there to this day. I miss the old man and the little girl, they ran the store extremely well and it was always a blast seeing them. Yesterday will be the last time I go as I cannot stand this and corner bakery needs to step up their game again, very sad to see the store in this state.
