Employee named Maui tried as hard as he can to put as little ingredients as he could on my salad. 👎

What’s advertised vs what I got. Don’t know why I’m paying the same amount for less food now

Don’t get cheese on top of your burritos because they don’t properly spread it out on top of the burritos and their conveyor oven id too short and they don’t roll the burrito wider so its short enough to fit better. None of them know how to drizzle sauces and blame the ladles. The pico is usually only 1-1.5 oz instead of the 2oz it comes with. If you ask for light lettuce they pit the normal amount which means they stack it up when it’s normal amount. And if you tell them it’s too much they still leave it in there instead of taking some out for you. Also they never offer a bag and unless you know they have them then you assume they don’t have any instead of asking. Also their prices are weird because they aren’t underneath the corporate, most college campus ones aren’t. Also a good chuck of the time the chicken is kind of burnt and the rice isn’t recently switched and is hard to eat.

Their food is always fresh and made to your specifcatons.. I had a salad that had my choice of meat, beans, rice, and of course lettuce. It was ample and delicious!
There are many choices to please most anyone!

The service here is a joke. Today I ordered from their newly added kiosk machines and the workers here straight up ignored my order and went on to the next customer instead. There was only one person that ordered before me. I waited for more than 10 minutes and still my order wasn’t prioritized or even worked on. Luckily the manager was able to refund my order.

This location does not take cash and they don't take the app.
You would think being on a college campus they would allow students to take advantage of the rewards thru the costa vida app

They have the little tablet order yourself device. Ordered a large nachos. After tax is 12. At other locations I feel ripped off. But here my food was extra yummy and I was able to add onions, cilantro, tomato's and a lime wedge plus my salsa which I thought was nice.. like the old days before big companies started robbing us, civilians. I wish I could boycot like I did dunkin and Starbucks. But it's just too yummy ?. I read other reviews and I'm glad my experience was positive. Maybe they are stepping it up, as they should!

Employees objective here is to shovel the food as fast as possible onto your salad, which ended up half the regular size.

They tried to charge me extra for more rice on a $11 vegetarian salad? Please madam, a rice kernel more for the poor and hopeless..??

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sick and tired of a bunch of entitled college students lacking customer service. So, the Costa at University is not much better. Being in there was one of the most horrible experiences of my life. I would much rather be naked in a snowstorm than go back to that Costa Vida.Anyways, the first person on the line doesn't ask me how I'm doing. He literally just says "what are you ordering?" and he has to ask my order twice when I CLEARLY TOLD HIM WHAT IT WAS.To make matters worse, the cashier was talking to his friend. He seemed excited to talk to his friend but not excited to talk to me.As good as Costa Vida is, it's not worth the customer service they deliver. Their Director of Operations needs to do something about this. We all have issues. It doesn't mean we shouldn't let that be an excuse to not do a good job.

I worked at the Lehi Center Point Costa Vida for 2 1/2 so I'm well acquainted with Costa's standards. This location is seriously lacking!Their Staff members have sassy, non responsive and unfriendly attitudes including the shift lead. They skimp on standard portions. The queso is clumpy and several food items are cold. I've been here several times and all of these things are consistent. They also don't accept Costa Vida Rewards or offersThe UVU food court ambience is good though.
