“Rocky” absolutely screwed me on portions. Ive never seen a costa vida give less meat. Felt like I was at chipotle. I won’t be going to this location anymore, which sucks. I can’t afford to go here and not get a fair portion. Thanks Rocky!

Food is good but the location is horrendously poorly managed. Never get online orders on time, always a wait. Once I literally arrived, waited for ten mins, got in line and ordered my order from the line, and finished before they had even STARTED working my online order. It is inexcusable.

I had a pretty big order, almost $80 worth of food. We ordered 3 large chips n queso, 2 of the chips were not even half full, and the chips that were in there were stale, old, little broken pieces of chips.

I ordered online for carryout and when I arrived the place was packed to the gills. There were probably a dozen other people waiting for pickup orders and I was convinced it was going to be a painful process.
However, Marley made the whole experience organized, efficient, and painless! She took names, directed people where to wait, and churned out orders in record time. I only ended up waiting maybe 5 minutes, for which she apologized, but I was astounded at her expert handling of the chaos. I will absolutely be ordering for pickup again! Thanks Marley!
