There is an employee at the Costa Vida by the Orem mall who is amazing at customer service. Sophie made me and my family feel welcome, was so polite, and was very attentive to our order. We need more people like her in the world!

Went to this restaurant 10 minutes after opening. At this point the restaurant should be ready to serve their customers and there shouldn’t be any issues. The tortilla press was not turned on when we arrived, and they made a half-assed tortilla for our burrito we ordered. One girl said and I quote “It’s better than nothing.” No. If you are serving food to customers, it should always be the best quality. I don’t care if it’s a fast food restaurant, nothing should be done half-assed. I would highly recommend going to any other Costa Vida in the area if you want your food to look and taste the way it’s supposed to.

We went to this costa vida for some burrito bowls during a trip to Provo to visit some family. I was reminded of how much more I like Costa Vida than chipotle or anywhere else where they feel like they need to add an entire can of green chile to everything.

I come here almost 3 times a week and the service is absolutely terrible. The employees are always slacking around before they’re helping any customers coming through. There’s never a line when I get here and I always sit and wait for 20 minutes.
Nick and Emilee are all start employees. Pls give them a raise. Some of the best Costa I’ve ever had.

One of the things I love about going to Costa Vida is that the experience is basically the same everywhere you go. Unlike some restaurant chains that have massive difference in service and food, Costa Vida is always one of my favorite places to go. The food is great and the staff is friendly.
