We went to this costa vida for some burrito bowls during a trip to Provo to visit some family. I was reminded of how much more I like Costa Vida than chipotle or anywhere else where they feel like they need to add an entire can of green chile to everything.

I come here almost 3 times a week and the service is absolutely terrible. The employees are always slacking around before they’re helping any customers coming through. There’s never a line when I get here and I always sit and wait for 20 minutes.

One of the things I love about going to Costa Vida is that the experience is basically the same everywhere you go. Unlike some restaurant chains that have massive difference in service and food, Costa Vida is always one of my favorite places to go. The food is great and the staff is friendly.

I love cv but this place is a disaster. Slowwww food prep, the bathroom is now a storage room so you have to wait and the drinks are dry and broken. It's an embarrassment to the brand. Not good guys. Not good

Ordered online for pickup today, got into line because I had a question about my payment. I heard them reciting back my order so I asked if it was for (my name) first employee says yes, second employee looks at me and defensively with a raised voice tells me it’s not mine. lol ok? No need for that.
I was also having some trouble with my card/payment that I had a question about and the same man who raised his voice was incredibly unhelpful and started making up reasons why they couldn’t do anything to help. I was very annoyed
I also ordered extra sweet pork, a $2 purchase. Just want to say to costa vida, respectfully, if I’m paying an extra 20% on top of my purchase for extra meat why is there still such an issue?
If I don’t order extra sweet pork I can’t even find it in my burrito. I pay for extra sweet pork and it’s the same amount?
I’m a fan of the food when done right but if your business model is ruining the quality of your food to save money you’re gonna lose customer satisfaction
No daily specials like the other Costa Vida locations. Inconsistency makes it a huge disappointment.

. I was incredibly impressed with both the staff and the manager at this location. The food was fantastic, but the service truly set it apart. It felt more like a full-service restaurant than a fast-food spot. The manager checked on us multiple times, ensuring we had everything we needed. The attention to detail and customer care were outstanding. Whenever I’m in town, this will be my go-to place!
