I really like the food here and I’ve had good customer service here. Except for when the shift lead Melanie has served me she always looks grumpy and will throw my food around she acts short with everybody and especially with customers.

We always loved the healthy, fresh food here but since the post COVID employee drought, the restaurant starts going through closing activities earlier, and the employees are younger and less sincerely friendly.

Only been here once. The staff was upfront with us they didnt know what they were doing. It showed in the results. Appreciate the staff but still, the managemnt must not care.

We went here for our Class field trip and Patrick and his crew were so kind to us. They let the kids take their time ordering and made sure the food was perfect. Thanks for providing great food and a great environment for our class.

Horrible customer service very cheap restaurant. I ask for extra cheese sauce cause I don't want dried nachos that have a big big pot of it they're so cheap they can't do that. And then when I make her can point to the manager, he was very would also noticed. The bathroom smells horrendous. Like Gavin took the trash out and several months. Seen maggots crawling in the bathroom also noticed bedbugs in the Seaton area. And another customer told me they've seen some cockroaches in there.

HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRIBLE!So, first of all, there was a bunch of stuck up girls who thought they can cut me in line when I'm on a schedule. So, there's that.But, let's talk about the service. So, they get my order wrong. First strike. It's fine, people make mistakes. Then, they almost charge me for something I didn't know required payment. Strike two.But, then, the girl in the front DIDN'T EVEN SAY THANK YOU! She was passive aggressive, took my order and didn't even say thank you.Screw you guys. This might be the last time I eat here.
This Costa Location is a bit sloppy. The queso is always gritty and they typically miss something on my orderHaving worked for several years I know the Costa standards. If you want costas normally great food and service...go to the Provo one or

I come here a few times month cause it's close to my work but go to the PROVO location if you can. Food is alright but I try and avoid this location cause of the Manager Patrick. I do my best to be in and out of there quickly cause that guy is on one every time.Other employees have been very nice however and ask how my day is so it makes up for it most of the time
