The place smelled so good and service was quick. The cookie was amazing it was soft and sweet and I recommend this place to anyone how loves sweet cookies.

The time from downloading the app to having the cookies delivered in gift wrap and a personal card was less than 30 minutes! As usual, the cookies are delicious and I’m so glad I did this instead of delivering flowers as a gift!

I went in to get 4 cookies. When I walked in the door there was a customer to the right talking with the guy behind the counter. I waited maybe 30 seconds and they had stopped talking. So I walked up to the counter and said I would like to get 4 cookies. Very rudely he said okay but I’m helping someone: I was confused since the lady was over to the right. I said oh my apologies I didn’t realize. He said you can use the kiosk. I was over to them as he just stood behind the counter. Someone else handed the lady her cookies and she walked out as another customer walked in to the gentleman behind the counter and he started helping her:
There was no reason for him to act like that! I walked out without cookies because I do not support this behavior!!!

Yummy cookies. Staff are friendly but I’m always surprised how long it takes to box the cookies after ordering it. I’d say I spend an average of 5 minutes in this store but feel like it could take 2.
I ordered with a person instead of at the kiosk the last time I went and didn’t get points for my purchase, so that is frustrating too.
