The person at the front taking our order(Arduro I’m pretty sure)was so nice! He definitely deserves 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The food is also so good and mouthwatering!!! I totally recommend the rosemary fries!!!🤤

Didn't really wow me. It wasn't like awful, But nothing exciting. The burgers are really small. Not A good value. They were bigger with a little bit more ingredients than I think it would have tasted better if that makes sense. I know you have a double but I'm thinking of making one large burger instead of two small patties. Because there's hardly any toppings due to the size. I like two tiny small fried onions on mine, pretty disappointing because they sound so good and yet you don't really get the whole flavor profile because of the size. I'm okay with paying 15 bucks for a larger burger. But it was like the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger more or less, So it's a lot of bread for the amount of meat and ingredients you get. And your staff don't really know your menu. We wanted butternut squash soup. They had no idea what we were talking about. We had to show them the picture on the wall and then they're like oh, we don't have that. And then we wanted a different dressing for the salad, They couldn't explain to me what the dressings were, and what was in them . What they did explain was incorrect. And then when I asked for more they all looked at me like a deer in the headlights, They had no idea what the Dijon vinaigrette was. It took three people to figure it out LOL. You got some communication issues going on there. Your staff were nice, nothing against them, But they should probably learn the menu better and know what you guys are selling. Your sweet potato fries are bomb though!
Vegetarian options: It's your burger joint. They don't really cater to vegetarians. Had a couple items possibly would work.
Kid-friendliness: They got a really good kids menu.
Cubby's is letting their quality and service slide. In drive through I wasn't even greeted at the pickup window for 10 minutes to be told a status, until my food was done. The wild rice and kale salad tasted old, the rice was hard, the chicken tasted gamey, and there was no avocado. Not worth it when you're paying that much money.
The food has been mid lately. The vibe is still cute but my fries are always cold and the food is just not that great. The workers are sweet though.

I went there on Halloween after trick or treating and they closed early, so I went somewhere else for a burger. I thought it was pretty awesome that the manager closed early so employees can enjoy Halloween with their families.
