I should have taken a photo. The folks helping me were friendly, especially Ozzy and Ladd who took my order and brought my food. But the burger this time was awful. Usually I have a great experience at this Culver’s. This time the patties were so overcooked it felt like I was licking the grates directly off the grill. Luckily the rest of the contents of that deluxe burger were so good I could eat the whole thing. Again, service was awesome the folks were great but I was disappointed enough to make a review since I usually love going to this joint.

The food is pretty good but im annoyed with their drive through practices. They want their drive through time to look good for corporate so they take your order and rush you out of the drive through to go park and wait on someone to walk your order out and around the building resulting in food being colder than expected. Just take the 8 minute time or get faster, stop making me pull up and wait.

This is our first time in Culver’s Orem and probably the last. It was a take out order the guy didn’t gave us our cup for our drink and then a super young cashier gave us our food in a completely broken bag we asked for help and he just handed us a new bag and just stand there while we were struggling to place our food in the new bag again. Thanks for ruining my day I guess.

Service is the slowest I have ever seen. They have 3 kids standing outside doing absolutely nothing when there is a line out the door with only 1 person on the registers.
