Love Culver's! Got the cod dinner and a double butter burger. Service is always wonderful. Atmosphere is calm and inviting. The food makes me feel like I'm getting a healthier meal than some of the other big name fast food chains. Thanks, Culver's!

We generally enjoy going to Culver’s in Orem. I love their chicken tenders and that they offer Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, and the custard is always a treat. Another plus is they stay open later and this is awesome when my friends and I want to grab a bite after hanging out.
However, our experience last night was a bit of a letdown. Despite the place not being overly busy and having what seemed like a decent-sized staff on board, we found ourselves waiting far longer than usual for our food. We noticed a few staff members just standing around, and two other customers had already come up to the counter to ask about their orders, both having waited over 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we experienced the same issue and eventually had to go up to the counter ourselves to get our food.
I get that things can happen, but it felt like service quality wasn’t a priority, and that’s a bit disappointing. Maybe I’m old-fashioned in expecting timely, attentive service, but it’s frustrating when something so simple gets overlooked.

Absolutely delicious. This place is great. Everything tastes wonderful. It's a little pricey, but worth it. The hamburgers are all good, and the fish is tasty. The crinkle cut fries are tasty, and they have one of the best homemade root beers, I've ever had. I just wish they were open later.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, and family oriented.

Really good custard, I didn’t like that the charge for pecans was $1.30. The extra charge wasn’t specified until I was paying and it seemed a little excessive.

One of mine & kiddos favorite fast food places! Great food and you can't go wrong with the frozen custard flavors no matter which flavor you get they're amazing! My fave is the 2 scoop turtle sundae. Absolutely gotta eat dessert first when coming here!
