Culver’s - The gold standard of being cheapskates.Culver’s at one point and time was an incredible place to eat. Made phenomenal burgers, attentive staff, and was clean. I genuinely used to enjoy coming here, however in recent years Culver’s has exposed their true priorities… (spoiler, it’s not the customer!) I’ve come to the Orem location several times in the past month and prior to me diving into details here I will say this is the worst location I’ve had the displeasure of eating at.Let’s breakdown my observations..First and foremost let’s clear up the lies and deception plastered on the walls from floor to ceiling within this establishment.The following phrase is emblazoned across their back wall:“EVERY GUEST WHO VISITS CULVER'S....LEAVES HAPPY”Now…I used to agree with this! But where Culver’s has really cut me below the knees is when they decided to enter their prohibition era with Fry Sauce. At one point in time I as a well paying customer could wander to the condiment table and top up a few cups of fry sauce for my cheese curds.. it was incredible, the combo was undefeated and I coveted that…There have been times in life I’d drive across multiple cities for the fry sauce and curd combo without hesitation.The penny pinching greedy corporate overlords have reared their ugly heads and not only removed fry sauce from the self-serve condiment bar and now gatekeep it behind the counter….but here’s the real kicker- these buffoons now do not give you ANY fry sauce included with your order. I was taken back yesterday when I placed a $30+ order including two orders of curds and not a single fry sauce came included with my meal. All fry sauce comes at a cost… this was incredible. An option that used to come free of charge with your meal and was completely self-service has been eliminated entirely. So let’s zoom out - Culver’s has been increasing the cost of their menu items year over year while simultaneously removing perks and condiment options for customers. Doesn’t sound like customer oriented values to me ??♀️Want to know who wouldn’t do this to me? Costco. Y’all seen those unwavering hot dog prices? Yall see that full stocked self-service condiment bar when you walk by the food court? Yeah me too. Same economy yet Culver’s acts like this is the Great Depression. Fry Sauce was born in Utah, yet Culver’s somehow has the audacity to insult the entire community with this change.I’ll never set foot in a Culver’s again purely on the principle. I will be sharing my experience with every friend and family member throughout the state and will also encourage them to boycott this marxist corporation. I had salt rubbed in my wounds as I left the establishment yesterday and also saw this sign:“Folks have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of cheese curds.”A sign that I once identified with but now slandered by their own choice to stiff their entire customer base.Culver’s Marketing Team: I’ve made several edits to the slogans on your walls which I have attached here. Perhaps this reflects a more accurate representation of your business? Let me know what you think!Beyond my feelings with their fry sauce policy I’ve had multiple orders completely botched by the Orem location, dry, overcooked, and rushed. There is always massive lines, staff is unprofessional, and I rarely get the quality I expect. This location is extremely poor.

Order food 3 baskets. I miss understood what the burger was and what it had on it. My mistake. We ordered 2 shakes and one malt. The malt was to be chocolate with banana. Instead they put chocolate syrup into it. The 2 other shakes where not blended will. The managers told us if we bring it up again they will not make it again and it was their fault we spoke with another manager and he did say it gets annoying because it happens all the time this was our first time taking food and shakes up we are regular customers and I may not eat here ever again because they are blaming i and my family for their mistakes that is the impression I got!!!

It’s not the restaurant’s fault but the directions and route to get there from either direction of the interstate is so difficult. Eventually it is worth the stop since we don’t have Culver’s in NW Montana.
Clean. Quick nice service. I like their ice cream but don't personally enjoy the food.

The food is soo amazing! Reminds me of home. The best employee by far is Jared and if he doesn’t get a raise I’m RAGE PROTESTING!!! Also they charge for fry sauce now ?
