I've ordered from this location twice in the last week and both times the food was simply amiss. The first time around, there was hardly any rice and cabbage. The second time I asked for a level 5 sauce and went home with only the white level 1 topping. The rice was way undercooked the second time, too. I've yet to experience any similar outcomes at other locations. The employees were, however, incredibly nice and the location was clean.

I'm a huge fan of cupbop. It's one that grows on you without realizing it. The noodles are made from sweet potato and have a glasslike effect. They are super yummy once you get past the initial difference to normal american noodles. I go for the combo bop with the Kko Kko chicken and mandoo. If you ask for sauce on the side you can make sure the sauce goes more on the noodles and doesn't get soaked up by the mandoo on top. I've gotten several people hooked on this already. Worth it.

The Mandoo Bop was fantastic with level 5 sauce and extra potstickers.
It was our first time. The employee gal was amazing in helping us choose what was good and temperature flavoring. Fast service. Comes with rice, cabbage, noodles, and then whatever meat you choose on top.Recommend for sure! Going to try the ramen next time.

I first tried cupbop in Provo! Absolutely loved it! I tried the orem location for the first time.I got home to eat my cupbop and it was all noodles. I had 5 pieces and chicken, hardly any beef and no rice.I was really disappointed and it closed by the time I got home. Felt like I paid $15 for just noodles:(
