Probably one of the worst Dairy Queen’s I have ever been to but it is close to me so I come every few weeks. Workers act like zombies that have no interest in anything going on around them (including customers). Food quality is standard for what you can expect at any other Dairy Queen. Wait times for food is always a little too long and there was a time I could see my food sitting on their back counter ready to go, but after waiting for like 5 mins I had to go ask for it, even though it was all done and ready to be taken to our table. Overall this place is a few new hires and a energetic and enthusiastic manager away from being a pleasant place to be.

Surprisingly long wait to order food (on a weekday). Burger nothing special. Onion rings pretty good. I wouldn't recommend for anything other than dairy desserts. 🍦

Whoever was taking orders (curly haired kid) was not great. I usually give younger kids the benefit of the doubt when it comes to this kind of stuff. I don’t ever want to discourage young people from getting a job and being responsible but he was not great. Some coaching is absolutely needed. We also waited 40 minutes for a kid cone. We had to ask several times when we could expect that. Training is definitely needed to help the staff give better service.

(I’m not the review type and this is my first review so props for that but this is the worse experience that I’ve ever had.)I never, and I mean EVER in my life have had such a cold burger, like it had been sitting for a good 30 minutes and for some reason… the cheese… is cold, not melted, the bacon? I’m not to sure it’s even been cooked. We waited for a good 45 minutes. What is going on guys? Do better.
