This location seemed to be actually better than other locations ive been to just cleaner, better atmosphere and the food seemed slightly better than other locations I have visited

Whoever was taking orders (curly haired kid) was not great. I usually give younger kids the benefit of the doubt when it comes to this kind of stuff. I don’t ever want to discourage young people from getting a job and being responsible but he was not great. Some coaching is absolutely needed. We also waited 40 minutes for a kid cone. We had to ask several times when we could expect that. Training is definitely needed to help the staff give better service.

I literally just had to sign into my google account to make this review. (I’m not the review type and this is my first review so props for that but this is the worse experience that I’ve ever had.)I never, and I mean EVER in my life have had such a cold burger, like it had been sitting for a good 30 minutes and for some reason… the cheese… is cold, not melted, the bacon? I’m not to sure it’s even been cooked. We waited for a good 45 minutes. What is going on guys? Do better.

This place sucks. It took me 30 minutes to get a medium shake. I could've gone to McDonald's and got their whole menu, gone back and I would still be waiting for my medium shake.
We have been visiting this store for 10 years now. The employees are always great and so is the ice cream. Cakes are always in stock and delicious.

This experience was okay. The lady at the desk looked like she didn’t want to be there at all, like she was ready to be done. She served me, but a manager had to be called because she was a little confused about a deal that was being offered. Anyways, the food was good, I got an Oreo Brownie Medium blizzard, which ended up being around $6. Kinda crazy since I remember the LARGE blizzards being around $5 back in the day. 🫡 I also got some cheese curds for my friend, then he paid me back. Some tables were a little messy but not much. The lady serving me forgot my receipt AND gave the cheese curds to someone else, before I mentioned it. So… a little disappointed by the service.
