Food was amazing…and the service was outstanding. My son ordered one of his tenders hot 🥵 which ended up being way too hot for him. The manager noticed and came over, asked if he wanted a new one that was less spicy and then brought over not just a new one but a small shake to cool down the heat! I had one happy kid and they got a repeat customer for sure!

Jayden Bargas has this operation down! I'll level with you: I don't throw out 5 stars easily across the board, but this spot at 10 pm on a sunday night is superb. Great staff, service, and management. Congratulations to the Utah Franchise Owners for picking out good talent.

Absolutely loved my experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken! The flavors are great, with the perfect balance of heat and flavor in every bite. The chicken is juicy and cooked to perfection, while the sides complement the meal beautifully. Especially the lucky charm shake. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Highly recommend the sliders and the fries—they're a must-try! Five stars all the way!

DO NOT ORDER THE MINI SLIDERS!!!! It’s such a scam!! You get an inhumanely small amount of food for the price you pay for it. THIS IS NOT WORTH 8 DOLLARS!!! The only people that would fit this portion size are children and anorexics DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! also the lucky charms shake I ordered came out super melted. It wasn’t even a shake at that point. I could honestly make a better shake for way cheaper NOT WORTH PAYING 6 DOLLARS. DONT BUY THOSE ITEMS OFF THE MENU IF YOU DONT WANNA GET SCAMMED. So disappointed honestly. I thought Dave’s was better than this.

We went to the soft opening in Greensboro, NC tonight. Great experience! Staff was well trained and pleasant. Food came out quick. Chicken was crispy, fresh and hot! Highly recommend!

Went to Willoughby location and ordered 3 meals and sat down to wait. We waited about 40 minutes before I went up to the counter to ask because they skipped right over our number. The girl said it wasn’t ready yet so I went and sat back down to wait some more. After an hour and 15 minutes my husband went up to the counter and he was told that the order was never put in and did he want a milkshake as compensation. Needless to say we got a refund and we will not be returning anytime soon if ever again. It’s chicken tenders, not rocket science…get it together people!! Willoughby OH, location has ruined your brand for this family.

I recently visited Dave's Hot Chicken and had an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles, and our server, Kate, took it to the next level. Kate was simply amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was perfect from start to finish.
The food, as always, was fantastic. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and had the perfect amount of heat (we tried a few spice levels, and each one was on point). The fries were crispy and delicious, and the side of pickles added a nice, refreshing contrast to the spice.
Kate went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, checking in frequently and offering helpful suggestions on spice levels and menu options. Her enthusiasm and care made the experience even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend Dave's Hot Chicken for both the food and the amazing service. Thanks to Kate, it’s definitely a place I’ll be returning to soon!
