We went to the soft opening in Greensboro, NC tonight. Great experience! Staff was well trained and pleasant. Food came out quick. Chicken was crispy, fresh and hot! Highly recommend!

Went to Willoughby location and ordered 3 meals and sat down to wait. We waited about 40 minutes before I went up to the counter to ask because they skipped right over our number. The girl said it wasn’t ready yet so I went and sat back down to wait some more. After an hour and 15 minutes my husband went up to the counter and he was told that the order was never put in and did he want a milkshake as compensation. Needless to say we got a refund and we will not be returning anytime soon if ever again. It’s chicken tenders, not rocket science…get it together people!! Willoughby OH, location has ruined your brand for this family.

I recently visited Dave's Hot Chicken and had an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles, and our server, Kate, took it to the next level. Kate was simply amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was perfect from start to finish.
The food, as always, was fantastic. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and had the perfect amount of heat (we tried a few spice levels, and each one was on point). The fries were crispy and delicious, and the side of pickles added a nice, refreshing contrast to the spice.
Kate went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, checking in frequently and offering helpful suggestions on spice levels and menu options. Her enthusiasm and care made the experience even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend Dave's Hot Chicken for both the food and the amazing service. Thanks to Kate, it’s definitely a place I’ll be returning to soon!

Had quite a lovely experience this evening. Shane handled himself very professionally. Never would have guessed it was his first day. And Jayden was very kind in helping us with the finishing touches of our order when he recommended a strawberry shake topped with Oreo. My wife and I’s lives have been changed.
Food itself was awesome. There are a lot of fried chicken places to go around here. We appreciated the nice spin this place puts on it with its use of seasoning.
Overall a very enjoyable meal, the whole experience tied together by the excellent tunes being played.
