The food was good and hot! The thing about service they didn’t say anything to us when we pulled up to the order board and we asked after about 3 minutes if it was the right place to order and they said yes just a minute. After we placed our order and drove up to the window, they didn’t take the car’s order behind us until they handed us our food. They didn’t even greet them as far as we could tell until they handed us our food about 3 minutes later.

I have had horrible customer service every time I have went here the employees are completely disrespectful. The next time I receive this kind of customer care I will be reporting every employee that works at this location and has been disrespectful to HR. Make sure to train your employees better and have them learn how to talk to people. I personally have worked in this industry but like I said the next time I come to this company to this specific location I expect better. And also your HR department will be hearing about the way me and my fiancé have been treated here even in front of our child. Other than that they have great food!

I was here 2 weeks ago with my husband. The food is great for the price. There was a very kind gentleman working the night shift. He provided excellent costumer service! Then tonight, as i was driving away, he chased after me because we forgot the churros. Haha! Most ppl would've left it like that, but i really appreciated him going above and beyond. Thank you, tall skinny guy! ♡
