I ordered my food and paid cash. Change was supposed to be 86 cents but she gave me back 36 cents while telling me it was 86. I didn't want to say anything since my food hadn't been cooked yet. Got my food and ate (delicious) and then sat for 30 minutes as no other customers came. The two workers bored out of their minds just looking at their phones. Meanwhile Chick Fil A has a constant line and the food court is packed. Between the two workers having their heads down into their phones and the poor lighting where the workers stand it just isn't very inviting. I don't know how the place stays open. The cook seems great and the food is delicious. Needs a more pleasant cashier and probably more lighting to invite people in. At this point maybe one of the workers should be offering free samples when they have these 30-minute stretches of no customers in order to drum up some business rather than constantly checking their phones. I hope the place stays open as I do enjoy their food.
