Worst customer service!! Called in and they told me it would be 15 min only to call me back 30 min later and tell me they can't deliver. I would never order from them again!!! So bad!!

If you're looking for a pizza place that makes probably a top 5 fast, take-out pizza, that has a truly excellent loyalty program, and that has probably the best crust you're going to have, but maybe too much cheese - then you have found it in Domino's Pizza.

This is a place that actually prides itself on fresh ingredients. When you ask for mushrooms, they don't come out of a can. The vegetable pizza is the best vegetable pizza from any of the fast pizza places.

The prices are high, but as you use the loyalty program, you can apply points pretty regularly to end up with very reasonable costs for better than average pizza.

I’ve given this Domino’s multiple chances, but every time, the experience is awful. Customer service is consistently terrible—employees are loud and unprofessional, and the music is blaring to the point that my hard-of-hearing friend struggled to communicate when picking up our order. Instead of helping, the manager just called someone else over to take it.

To top it off, as we were leaving, we saw the manager eating right next to the food being prepared. Completely unsanitary. That was the last straw—never coming back. If you want Domino’s, just go to the Provo location. This one isn’t worth it.

Parking: Horrible parking lot. No spots.

Walked in today, the employee greeted me, made a personal suggestion & said the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I left, came back & was friendly greeted by 2 other employees!! Great pizza guys!!

It’s walking in on a bunch of acoustic kids. They look at you making eye contact while waiting for your order talking to each other. 5 mins later… “oh you here to order or pick up?” Take the AirPods out and be verbal with customers. No one wants to know what you’re doing tonight Jena.

I have been to this Dominos two times in the last week only because I had gift cards to use up. I tried ordering on the phone, but after being on hold for almost 10 minutes, realized it would be faster to just drive there myself. The person who helped me was very rude and told me I should just go somewhere else because it would be an hour to make my pizza . This was a manager even. I said I had gift cards and he walked away and had someone else help me without saying a word to me. A different person(a kinder one) helped me out, but I still had to wait over 30 minutes for my pizzas. While I’m waiting, I realize why I was on hold, because the phone literally doesn’t stop ringing. No one answers it. The second time, I ordered online thinking it would be different; nope! I waited an hour and a half to even get the pizza. I get that there are times when they are busy, but this is beyond ridiculous! I’m here now and the phone is ringing off the hook the whole time. They are unprofessional and it really makes me sad because I used to love dominos. I won’t ever order from this location. This is ridiculous. Do better Dominos! If I could give you negative stars, I would. I get that you get busy, but customer service should be your number one goal and it obviously isn’t here.

Sent us 2 wrong pizzas not even close to what we ordered I don't understand what their quality check is for and why it took 20 minutes to quality check and still mess up my order probably will be initiating a charge back with my bank since this is not the items I paid for since they only offered 20 percent off or 60 rewards points to a place I never want to go to again

For the most part it’s been good. But i had a bad experience one time. I had to wait for almost an hour for my pizza because they were so busy and two of the employees were arguing the whole time and both were threatening each other about leaving. But for the most part it’s been good. I usually would order before leaving my apartment and it would be ready when i get there.

Gabe greeted with a great personality and good vibes. Then when I payed, he said "there's a tip button on the screen but you can hit no". I liked that he was conscious of the fact that as a customer ordering fast food, it's a little awkward to have to hit no while the person is watching you hit no tip.. So that was the second kind gesture. Then, he came up and said we accidentally made your pizza a little bigger. You can have this one. Now I get it's just a couple inches of more pizza but.. I know places that would literally remake that pizza lol. I've seen some of these Asian restaurants charge for packs of ketchup. But the extra pizza was just icing on the cake, the reason im leaving the rehire is because people with kind vibes like him should be recognized. Don't ever give in to any negativity gabe, keep your smile on and keep lifting others up.

Just ordered a pizza meal and drink. They didn't get my 2 liter right, nor informed me they ran out of root beer. They also forgot my dipping sauces and it took an HOUR to get my delivery on a Monday night and I'm only 4 minutes away. Dominos is my favorite delivery pizza and we just moved to Orem, now I'm gonna have to order from somewhere else.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
I am beyond disappointed with the service from Domino's. We ordered a pizza, and it took AN HOUR AND A HALF to be delivered. When it finally arrived, the pizza was BURNT AND COLD! To make matters worse, we tried calling the store after the first call went through, but no one answered the phone after that. It's completely UNACCEPTABLE to not only serve poor-quality food but to also ignore customers when they try to reach out. We have given them so many second chances but we will not be ordering from this Domino's again - maybe no Dominos EVER again. This experience was a complete disaster!
