Ordered pick up, 3 medium pizzas. First pizza pepperoni and sausage, second pepperoni, third half pepperoni and half cheese. We ended up with three pepperoni and sausage pizzas.
The crust was burnt on all three along with the pizzas having massive bubbles all over and hardly any toppings on top of them being wrong.
We order Dominos every Friday (different location) and actually get good pizza and what we ordered. This location is BAD! Seriously, I could see maybe one pizza messed up, perhaps the half and half, but adding topping we didn't even order to the other two?

Very lazy place. Will make your food then call you just to say you’re barely out of range when we’ve had it delivered before. They always say the other location is closer when the app chooses their building. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and my order never arrived, how can I request a refund? I called the store several times and they didn't answer me and even cancelled the call.

Whether I order for delivery or pickup, the pizza is always made perfectly and the employees are always efficient and friendly. I’ll go out of my way to order from this dominos even if I’m 30+ minutes away, their employees just do it RIGHT!

I placed an order to be picked up at 3:30 pm and on the tracker online said it was ready for pick up and complete, when we arrived to the store they told me they didn’t have it and it hadn’t even made made at all!

So, Im not a picky person by any means. But there was multiple long hairs in my pizza. I almost threw up because of how many hairs there were. And it felt almost intentional. On top of that they didint have the soda I ordered and didint refund me for any of it. I described the person to the manager who made my pizza as i saw him putting it on the rack and boxing it. And he said that no one like that works there. which is a complete lie. And i have a feeling it was the manager who made the pizza. (chubby, tall, white kid with long black hair) And i know that because the hairs that i spit up were long black straight hairs. He was not wearing a hair net and looked unshowered. So i payed for a hairy pizza and no soda. Got no refund after I called and and explained what happend. The manager who im guessing made the pizza was being very combative over what i was saying and it was pissing me off because he was telling me that no one worked there like that. Im usually very lenient on details but this was completely BS. Didint think to take pictures because it was go discussing in the moment i just threw it out right away.

It's Domino's so if you don't like dominos then you aren't gonna like it but it is also the best dominos in Orem. They have always had my order done on time and accurate, and are always helpful and friendly!
This store is conveniently located and has a small seating area that was occupied by a church group consisting of several adults and about 15 twelve-year-olds. The staff, although busy, were friendly, especially considering the situation. I had placed my order through the app from my hotel and walked over when it indicated that the food was ready. When I arrived, the food was hot and of decent quality for a standard Domino's menu.

This location has been really consistent for me—generally been happy with the make quality of the pizzas (cheese coverage, lack of bubbles, topping distribution etc.). Better and more consistent than other Dominos locations in my experience. They’re also very quick most of the time.
It’s Domino’s pizza so it’s not gonna blow your mind, but I’ve really liked their New York style crust which is less bready than the standard. Use the app to get nice deals.

Looks like they missed the quality check step in preparing our food. I didn’t take a picture of the bottom but it was pretty well burnt like the top. Unfortunately this pizza was also missing sauce and a topping.

What catches my attention in this country is the way establishments treat customers, I think everything is very fantastic, but yesterday, Tuesday 10/12/2024, around 5:25 pm, we went to pick up an order and we had terrible customer service, the impression I had was that they didn't want customers inside the establishment, I was so disappointed with the service (on the Dominos website they provide information when we go to pick up they told us different information) that we decided to cancel the order, The cashier needs to be trained urgently on how to treat customers, it is way below standard ,we will definitely not go back to that place.

Most of the time I try to place an order the app or website crashes (or both). When it finally works the staff is rude and unhelpful.
