Ordered a pizza. Was so damn excited for this pizza. An hour after placing said order, I became concerned, as my pizza had not yet shown up. Called the store, a young man answers the phone and chuckles while telling me he “lost the pizza”. How this gentleman managed to lose a food item concerns and confuses me.

Excellent customer service, not the best pizza i’ve ever had but still good. Really great delivery driver Will, got me my pizza super fast and was friendly.
Great rewards program. Food is always made well. I've had to wait longer than I would like for a pickup, but overall service is good. When the driver couldn't find my apartment, Domino's gave me a free pizza. Quite happy overall with the service.

Ordered through the app and got an estimated wait time of 35-45 minutes. I know these times aren't exact but in the past they have been close.Showed up to the store after 45 minutes and they said it would be 1-5 more minutes. I waited patiently and asked about 10 minutes later. They again said 1-5 minutes.In total it was 45 minutes of waiting in the store with the employees telling me it will be out soon.If I would have been told the truth to begin with I could have saved myself 45 minutes and gone somewhere else.I don't mind waiting if they tell me to begin with because I can use my time elsewhere or I can order pizza from a different store. Being lead on for 45 minutes is ridiculous and not worth it for pizza.I recommend going to a different Domino's that will respect your time

Ordered via Dominos app and it was done very quick. Gave me a window 9-19 minutes and it was maybe 12 minutes and our pizza was done. Walked in and was greeted by several members and we got our pizza fast and was offered all things to eat our pizza in the nearby hotel, plates, napkins, pepper, and cheese.

When I walked in to get my pizza the guy dropped someone’s food on the ground picked them up and put it back on the shelves to be picked up. Then told me my order was still in the oven even though the tv and my phone said the order was complete. I don’t even care that the tracker thing was inaccurate I just wanna spread the word that they pick up food off the ground and still sell it to people.
If the store is backed up, “because it’s a Friday” as they said and apologized for many times while seven of us were waiting, then the website should have more up to date time-frames. It told me my pizza would take 17-29 minutes when I ordered and I didn’t get the pizza in my hands until it had been 50 minutes. That’s a waste of my time. Now that my husband is eating his pizza at home it’s not cut through all the way and it’s extra charred. What a waste of money.
