We order from this Domino's at least once a month. Always delicious, correct and on time. We've only had issues with delivery because their app can never find our house. So now we only do window pick up.

Ordered 16 buffalo wings, i ended up getting 4 buffalo wings and the rest plain. I also didn’t get either of the sauces I payed for. It was dead empty, I’d understand if they were busy but this place is an absolute joke

Horrible service. We placed an order for 9 pizzas in advance, scheduled for 12:30. We planned our work party around the pizza. Our order was delivered to the wrong address somehow, so now someone is enjoying our 9 pizzas and we are sitting in a warehouse hungry. It’s been over an hour, despite being promised it would be delivered to us “as soon as possible”. We were told if we wanted a refund, it would take longer to get our order. What gives, Orem Dominos?

This location is unbelievable -I waited an hour & a half for my ONE pizza after, initially, being given a 16-20 minute wait time. My hubs went to pick it up & was told another 45 minutes. Fast forward an hour & a half, hubs went back to pick it up the second time & was told AFTER PAYMENT, our pizza just ‘disappeared’-I got a pop-up from Dominoes stating my order was CANCELLED after an hour & a half. My hubs said they refunded my money but I don’t know if my Dominos’s points will be refunded. When I spoke to an employee over an hour ago, he said new orders would be a 2 hour wait!! It will now be ten p.m. before we have our dinner!! My initial order was placed at 7:45 p.m.!! They need to get it together -I understand busy-but total incompetence is another thing all together. This location has lost my longtime business.

Horrible crew. Ordered online for carry out and Waited the 20 minutes, order ended up being marked as ready for pick up so I come in and they tell me they’ve dropped my tots on the floor they’re need another 10 minutes then find out they’ve sent my pizza with the delivery guy to another house because they labeled it wrong they prepared the wrong count of garlic bites for my order. Someone ended up leaving mid needing my order prepared who was in charge and I asked the staff if I can get a refund but needed to run it by who just left to the gas station to go on break not being able to handle the heat. Terrible terrible

What the heck? It took you guys an hour to fulfill our order. We sat in the parking lot waiting and waiting. Went through the drive through twice to be told 10-15 minutes more each time! What do you mean you deleted our order? I’m so mad. We won’t be back to this dominos.
WHAT HAVE YOU CHANGED? Go back. You were the BEST. Now it's inconsistent and the bread is weird. I kept thinking it was just one or two bad ones, but it has been like 5 pizzas in a row that are weird. Domino's has been the ONLY pizza we eat for YEARS since they announced they were going to do better, and they did! Until now. I'll try again, hopefully it's just one bad employee doing it wrong.

Let me preface this by saying I have been a loyal Domino’s customer for years. I really enjoy their pan pizza. Well, this location is just terrible. It’s a shame that I am right at the mid point between this location and the one on university because when I order delivery, my pizza comes from this one.
Every time I’ve ever ordered from this location, the pizza has come out doughy and like it was dipped in oil before placing it in the box. It’s honestly disgusting. I will not be ordering delivery just to avoid this location. I’ll just drive to the one on university myself. They actually know how to make pizza.
Trash quality, trash location. Avoid this location at all costs.
