Just had the worst experience with an online order for delivery
Ordered 2 LG pizzas, wings, and cookie/brownie at 8pm said estimated 23 min delivery. 30 minutes in order is up for quality check. Cool I think then another 30 mins later and the order hasn't moved. So I call the store thinking we'll let's see where it is.... but no one will answer the phone so I start driving there 10 mins in I'm at the store and phone still ringing 2 careless kids don't even approach the counter to help me... mind you the phone is still ringing and it's me.
I ask for my order kid hands it over blames the delivery drivers but offers no apology and no refund... I paid delivery fee and tipped in advance.
my entire order is cold....
If the system would have told me an hour for delivery I would have placed the order for pick up in the first place.
I am seriously disgruntled and feel completely ripped off.

Have been a big pizza fan all my life. Dominos being the top of my chart. But we have order two different times from this dominos and the dough was spread out so thin on each pizza it was un appetizing… go to Lehi dominos or try a different brand is what I would recommend

Does a Dominoes deserve a 5-star review? I do not give these out easily. Let me explain. This Dominoes is close to my house, 4 minute drive maybe. I order the thin crust chicken bacon ranch pizza online for pickup. I watch the little meter in anticipation as the order is received, prepped, made, done. (I forget the real scale). Then, I casually drive over there and pick up the piping hot delicious pizza. I have zero complaints. My waistline has a few complaints, but I don't listen. Chicken Bacon Ranch PIZZA!

My car's battery died in the combined parking lot and we came here to see if anyone could help at 1 am and a guy with an amazing mustache helped us jumpstart the car and get back home 💯
The pizza from Domino's is pretty good, but the delivery drivers never have Parmesan or red pepper packets. Additionally, there's no option to add them to my order on the app, and when I called to ask, I was put on hold forever.

When I order pizza from this Dominos at regular price, I really enjoy it. I'm always impressed with the quality and taste, and I want to come back for more.
However, I've ordered the Mix & Match $6.99 deal twice now, and I swear they punish me for taking advantage of their offer. Both times, the pizzas have been flavorless and dry. How do you ruin a pepperoni pizza? Why offer deals if you're just going to make a nasty, sup-par pizza for everyone who orders at the discounted price? I'll never use the deals again.

It’s a good domino’s. I have gotten carry out through the drive through a few times and the food has always been ready on time and tastes good.
